Also to answer your question, the anime is pretty good but I like the live action more. Also just a heads up, the anime is more of a promo for the manga.

They're both pretty good in my opinion~
Like StiffmeisterXD mentioned, the anime is more of a promo and because of that only covers a relatively small part of the story. Whereas the Web series/live action covers most of the manga (with some changes here and there of course).
If you're interested in trying the both of them, you could maybe use the anime as an introduction to the story and its atmosphere before watching the live action~

Definitely not. It’s only 3 episodes long. Can’t remember how far they get up to but it’s like 2 games or something. Still worth the watch though. Its good, different from the live action, but very short with basically no content.
