| Okay I know that Misaka is 100% awesome but wow, in this episode it was like an overflowing awesomeness of Misaka. Not only she acted like "Moe Kawaii Hng Pedobear approves."; She also showed her true powers. Although we didn't get to see it directly, it was still awesome to see the hole from the blast that she made. Okay so apparently undressing woman is back. For some reason everytime I look at her, she seems to look like one of the bad guys. Must be probably her eyes or something. The preview of next episode looked pretty interesting too. Saten getting a level upper? What's this suppose to mean!? Oh and I was hoping for the level upper forums to be MyAnimeList. I guess that can't happen. :( |

| I can't believe I've enjoyed this series so far, considering Index was basically a nonsensical mess. Maybe I just like the characters more? And, Touma is at least 50% more likable. |

| Damn, Misaka acting like she did in the bar was too much. But I'm digging how this show is starting to have an ongoing plot, makes it much better to watch. I wonder what the side effects of level upper are and how music makes your abilities better (something about strengthening your own reality). |
| Misaka's cute act and Kuroko's reaction to it were the best part of the episode. We also got a bit of action to in the form of the mini-fight between Misaka and that other esper. And, the return of Stripper Lady means the next episode will be heavy on the science and light on the clothing... probably. |

| 5/5 Very good bet, the plot takes a good road, made of intriguing topics and referring back to previous speeches. I wonder if the topic will be the main theme or is it just through with which it will come to talk about that in the future! Drawings cute and gag Kuroko good! I had thought that the passage of the episode level should come about through a pendant, but it was like I understood from the beginning! |

| Ohhh, it's the return of the legendary street stripper! It's obvious that Saten is gonna get involved in the story by harming herself. Poor her, she have no self-confidence at all... Ahhh, the famous deadly japanese cold... No seriously, in every anime, it look like cold = near-death experiance... Anyway, some cute SatenxUiharu moment. Misaka dealing with those morons like a boss. Wonder what is the link between the new girl and the Level Upper. I think she's a level 5. |

| This was a pretty funny episode. Those face dumps by Shirai were funny as hell! The action was pretty good with Railgun dominating as usual 100% wipeout victory. 4/5 for episode. GOOD! |

| This episode had me laughing. Kuroko's reactions to Misaka acting all cutesy was too much. I really enjoy Kuroko, might be my favorite character. She had me entertained the entire episode. She typically does, when she makes appearances, but Kuroko's one character that gets better and better the more you learn about her. Great episode. One of my favs. |

| So it seems like the main plot's going to kick off due to Saten and her feelings of inferiority. I'm down with that, assuming it doesn't work out too badly for her in the end, and the little conversation she had with Uiharu about the friendships they made being worth more than her level seems to be some decent foreshadowing |

| Also excellent this time the parallelism between the true plot and the secondary one, makes the viewing of the episode pleasant and at the same time also interesting, for the implications that exist on both narrative fronts. Funny characters as usual. Misaka does not disfigure in any circumstances, but acquires more and more charisma as the anime series progresses, although she has a tsundere character and a little childish. |

| Personal reality this time.. AIM last episode.. Getting more stuff.. Well, both things were kinda mentioned in Index as well.. Personal reality is pretty much the thing that disables espers of using magic, as I remember.. And helps them to grow, because it's majorly in their head that they can do something, and that's why they can have their esper powers.. But that's from Index.. Well it seems that we'll be getting into major incident now.. Also, I guess, I'm used to characters so far.. Don't know, why I really don't write about them more, even if important for Saten topic was in this episode, for example.. Her low level.. As well as Uiharu is just happy that met everyone.. Well, these are interesting or nice moments.. But I still don't write much.. Oh well, maybe I just get engrossed in mysteries, or lore of the magic/science in this world, or something more.. Not sure, really.. But I still enjoy main 4 girls.. |
