The stories are not very similar in character or plot, but have the same kind of carefree energy and humor to me.

Hadashi de Bara wo Fume

Yaneurabeya no Koushaku Fujin

Both are historical drama with capable and persistent female protagonists forced into a marriage. Hadashi is more romantic while Duchess of the Attic does not have a obvious romantic interest (by at this point in Ch 12 at least).

Paranoia Street

Have a real similar twisted real world feel and if you like one I'm sure you like the other. Keep on Vibrating has more sexual content and Paranoia Street has more social and cultural commentary.

Kodomo no Omocha (TV)

While these two mangas have characters with very different ages (Kodomo is elementary and middle school while Hana Yori Dango is high school) The dynamic is similar; A bad boy who is misunderstood and the strong-willed girl that creates a change in them. This is not a shoujo of giggling awkward moments, like nervousness about holding hands or kisses, but more about the serious and adult-like situations that the characters go through together. Situations quickly turn life-threatening and will pull the reader from laughing to tears. Hana Yori Dango had underlining themes of class separation and money while Kodomo no Omocha focused on problems in families and a psychological reasoning behind a person's problems and stigmas. Both wonderful stories! Hana Yori Dango even has a live-action one on Hulu!

If you're interested, Hana Yori Dango is really long with over 100 chapters while Kodomo no Omocha is just 50, but both have anime versions and Hana Yori Dango even has a live-action one on Hulu!
