The first thing I'd like to say, this is a light-hearted take on the vampire genre. The story is for the most part slow-paced and at times slice of life-esque with its school setting, with more dramatic plot points across the story. I personally found this a little chaotic and felt like it didn't flow as well as it could have done. It's a bit simplex and a little predictable and bland at times, and left me feeling like something was missing to make everything work better. In my opinion, the synopsis of Vampire Holmes gave me an idea of something that sounded promising. It was not even close to how it really was.
STORY (1/10) The opening might seem promising, but hardly anything shown in it will be mentioned throughout the course of the story. Through about three quarters of the anime, there is absolutely no plot. For episodes on end, it only displays Holmes in his home together with Hudson, doing nothing of importance.
