Hey, writer for Sekijitsu anime blog. We've got a bit of everything--episodics, art posts, lists, editorials, even some stuff on school uniforms, and we'd also love to hear your feedback.
As for my history with anime: I saw Pokemon and Digimon as a kid, but it wasn't until university that I started loving anime. I watched Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann for a class, and I've been hooked ever since. I have a preference for action/adventure shows, but I'm open to watching almost anything.

I've missed you and everyone so much ;A; Ffff I somehow ended up unintentionally disappearing for a while OTL My parents sent me off to real school right in the middle of the year, and it's been much harder to manage than I thought it would be.

Your Penguindrum review essentially sums up the show for me. You did a good job pointing out the show's strength's, flaws and themes. And while it was short, it was concise and to the point.
I haven't gotten very far into watching Utena, but I'm wondering which of the two you feel is better.

Yeah, Fractale could have been much better if it explained most of the things that were happening and if it just maintained its pacing just like with its first 2 episodes.
