Recently new to anime (going on about a year now), but so addicted. Nobody in my family supports my interests though. :'(
I watch all kinds of anime my favorites are Ouran, Pandora Hearts, Lucky Star, Code Geass, Kimi to Boku, The World God only Knows, FLCL, Soul Eater, K-on, and more. I am always looking for new ones to watch and am open to recommendations. I watch both sub and dub. I also love drawing my favorite characters and coming up with my own. I hope to one day write my own manga.

lol, trust me, i was not going off your profile when i said "I have seen more anime". It is ridiculously safe for me to make that statement to literally anybody. Its not something i am really proud of either.
If i had to put a number on it, then i would literally put it at like 200 or so. Not to mention the manga, light novels and visual novels. In fact, there is NOTHING seemingly new for me to pursue.
Not bragging or holding it over you, but its the sad fact that i have seen far too many anime.

Highschool of the Dead doesn't even get the really bad fan service until episode 6 ^^'''' really episode 1 isn't bad at all...if people are jumping around fighting zombies and falling down stairs in short skirts stuff is gonna show. H.O.T.D has great action in it and that's what kept me hooked. And I also have to disagree that this is what people associate anime with :I''' because people tend to think anime is all stuff like...Yu-gi-oh in a way...big hair...big eyes...but they also think all anime is happy and that there's no plot and H.O.T.D has fanservice yes but it also has a-lot more and after you've seen a-lot of anime you just kinda get used to it :I'' It only bothered me episode 6 onwards because THEN it was just completely not needed...people might think this is me being rude but I'm not trying to be ^^'' it's just my opinion like how you have yours

I also like that guy darkpally down there. HSoTD totally is not a regular fan service anime. It was a huge breakaway from that. It has way more than fanservice to offer.
It is in no way sad for anime to go into new territory. How many Zombiepocolypse animes have you seen?

Boobs are distracting, yes, but HSoTD had much more than that. It had dynamic characters. Mystery. Harem. ACTION. Drama. Romance. ZOMBIES. And more. And you gotta keep in mind that the guy who made it does hentai.
My point is I guarantee you i have seen way more anime than you and i still like HSoTHD. Its a shame it will probably never come off haitus.

lol your review on HSOTD was the exact same as mine, people were like, you should watch it its so cool. zombies and girls almost naked and all that stuff. umm ok that doesnt help me at all, because i like a good storyline in an anime. im not a total perv and watch anime for the girls in em -____- i hate stereotypes
