Stop ruining the original Naruto characters for the sake of elevating these new characters in Boruto.
This anime does not have good characters or a good plot. It mostly relies on nostalgia. I can't bare to see good characters from Naruto made weaker so that the "new generation" can appear stronger.
It just shows that the writers of this anime have no original ideas of their own... And they cannot advance the plot without involving the old characters from the Naruto universe, which is disgusting and disappointing.
Naruto had good character development, story and great villains, something that Boruto clearly lacks.

I put this anime off for such a long time because I knew it would break my heart. And it did but I enjoyed Anohana so so so much.
The story was so sweet and I fell in love with the atmosphere. It felt like being back in Japan. The way everything is illustrated, the artwork is amazingly beautiful. The soundtrack as well! Ahhh man, I feel bad for the people who watched the first season and gave up.
(Minor spoilers ahead...) I almost gave up on this series myself because of how mediocre the first season was. Full of stupid jokes and weird episodes but somehow I managed to finish it and then came the second season which blew me away! Especially the first 4 episodes where we get to learn more about Dazai's past and his reasons for leaving the Port Mafia. Those 4 episodes were so good that it made me fall in love with the series. It's a cute and short anime series that's very funny and makes you want to see more. Both female and male characters are likable and sweet. Ao's father is hilarious 😂. Was very confused when I first saw him. Side characters severely underdeveloped but that was fine with me.

I always wonder why some mangas get an anime adaptation and some don't. There are so many good shoujo mangas out there that will never get an anime adaptation and it's just too sad. I haven't read the manga but this anime was not that bad. It made me laugh a bit and it was easy to watch. There are no likable characters though and I can't say I cared for anyone in particular. In the end I liked it!
I started this anime a few months ago. I watched about 4-5 episodes and I liked it, it was interesting and a bit different from what I've seen before but I didn't think it was WOW and I was afraid it was going to turn into one of those harem anime (even though it didn't have that tag). This anime is a gem and it is definitely underrated. The artwork is breathtaking, all the characters look very pretty and it's a joy watching them. So far I've enjoyed the story and every single episode left me wanting for more.
The story is interesting and I'm very curious where it will go. Fena, the main character is quite likeable and sweet. However, I do feel that the story is moving a bit too fast and there isn't enough time to learn more about all the characters and have a proper development or at least learn more about their backstories. That could make people care ...

I'm surprised that this anime is ranked at 7.6 only, considering how popular the manga is (or was - I'm not sure at the moment but for sure this is one of the most popular shoujo mangas).
The story is nothing we haven't seen before. One boy that used to be sweet and shy that changes his personality and one girl that is cute and feminine but tries her best to go against that. They love each other but obviously have to go through some obstacles before confessing and becoming a real couple. But isn't this why we love watching/reading shoujo? Going through the reviews I found out that there are 2 other movies besides this mini series. I haven't watched those and I am not familiar with the HoneyWorks project. I just found this anime randomly and it seemed quite cute so I decided to give it a try but now I'll definitely look into the other movies as well.
