I really have no idea what to put here...
My name is Meredith but I go by many other nicknames like Mer, Meri, Hey You!, Person over there, etc.
I really like manga. REALLY like it. Especially shojo in case you hadn't noticed.
I had donated some manga to the library since I don't really read it anymore or particularly enjoyed it. ≈6 volumes of La Corda d'Oro, 4 volumes of Absolute Boyfriend, and 2 volumes of The Gentlemen's Alliance. They were just taking up space on my cabinet.

I love Wild Ones as well. But I'm more to Sachie and Rakuto's relationship.
So you're an Azuma fan eh!? Too bad he's appearance on the recent manga is lesser than the first two volumes... Hopefully he'll be in the limelight on the latter volumes.
LOL in my case I've not been able to buy manga like I used to but next week thanks to my first job I might pleasure myself for a tons of series LOL!

I've already spent some money trying to catch up on previous releases so I haven't gone shopping for the new August releases yet.
While there is a lot that I wanna buy, I gotta limit myself so my main goals for this month are:
- Shonen Jump 5th Anniversary Collector’s Edition (it's a hardcover book, not a magazine)
- Evyione volume 1 (manhwa)
- Kitchen Princess volume 7
- Record of a Fallen Vampire volume 2

I'm doing fine, thanks! I gotta limit my manga buying as well so I'm actually reading some of the series that I've been collecting online so that I don't have to buy them (well I can always buy them later to support the mangaka).
It doesn't help that I went to Anime Expo a couple of weeks back and spent a lot >_<
So . . . what are you planning on getting for the August releases?

Hey, how's it going? Bought anything new for July? Main purchases for me earlier this month have been High School Debut 4, S.A 5, Time Stranger Kyoko 1 and Fairy Tail 3.
I'm waiting for that new Yen Plus manga/manhwa anthology magazine by Yen Press to come out later this month = )

I only read the scanlations for Bleach (too far a long of a series for me to start collecting and who knows when it's ever gonna end). Oh, speaking of Skip Beat, did you know that they're making an anime of it for this fall (I think)? I'm not a big fan of the manga, but I'm thinking that it would be better and funnier (at least for me) as an anime.
You know, Hana Kimi was kinda more than just a gender bender, it was kinda like a slice of life too 'cuz it took us through all these different events and season with the characters and we got to kinda watch them grow, etc.
Oh, do you have the Hana Kimi artbook? The drawings there are pretty.
Yeah I'm more of a manga reader than an anime watcher so I'm reading the Mushishi manga rather than watching the anime.

Yeah, so true about Hana-Kimi, for a long manga (23 volumes), when it came time to end it, it ended a little way too fast and left out a bunch of stuff out at the end.
It's still a great manga to me, but yeah like you said, what about Shin? Or Rio? Or even Julia? I kinda wanted some closure with everyone else rather than just the Mizuki x Sano thing. Like the last time that they showed Shin, he wanted to say something to Mizuki before he left. They never showed that again (though I had a feeling that Shin started to like Mizuki).

I'm also into Beauty Pop, though I'm limiting my manga shopping this month so I probably won't catch up on it until next month (I'm currently missing volume 7 and 8).
I finally finished reading Hana Kimi like last week or something (I should have finished it earlier, I didn't realize that a lot of the dialog and stuff is a fairly fast read). Yup, the ending wasn't that much of a surprise since I've seen the jdrama. Though I kinda wished that it was more emotional when Mizuki left. The entire last few chapters felt kinda rushed.

Wow! You have a lot of stuff on your bookshelf, hehe.
For this month, I've already bought Monkey High! volume 2 and Wild Ones volume 3. Other releases that I'm interested in for this month are Nightmare Inspector volume 2, Fruits Basket Ultimate Edition 3 (even though I can just read the scanlations or get the smaller paperbacks, I really like how these look), Fairy Tail volume 3 and maybe Evyione since it's about mermaids and I like fantasy stories like that.
Maybe get more Yurara and Kitchen Princess as well. I'm trying to limit my spending 'cuz I just bought tickets to Anime Expo and spent money on some other stuff >_<
