I'll begin by saying: this anime does not contain any fight scenes. However, it doesn't need them to grasp your attention, as you are gripped by tension from the get-go.
This was my first ever anime, and years down the line I still highly rate it and rewatch it. This is my first review on MAL, but I had to write about this one. It took me a VERY long time to pick this back up and finish it - just for the sake of saying I have seen it. The storyline was initially captivating. You are pulled in with this concept of complete-or-die game which made me want to watch it at first. However, you get just under halfway to realise it was a sham to reveal it actually being a crap romance piece.
