Boku to Issho (Manga) add
I have no idea how this got on my plan to read list and i gave it a spin after commencing clearing alphabetically every manga that is completed. I was positivelly surprised with the plot which is quite original, on one hand tragic, on another hilarious.

The story itself is about social problem of runaway children, orphans and street kids with no place to go andhow they try to make living without a possibility of finding a proper job. The tale starts when after their mother dies, stepfather kicks two kids out of the're mothers house without suitable funds, story follows when they arrive to ...

I randomly found this manga and didn't had high expectations from the start, but it was actually better than i thought it would be.

Concept of the story is quite original, even a little funny: geisha dreaming of becoming a hero of justice (quite different from which would person expect when seeing those elegant women). Plot starts when geisha in the question accidentally, not knowing, registers for the survival game in a parallel Kyoto, and has to kill zombie like inhabitants.

Action and art were fairly good executed, but due to so little chapters story and characterisation of characters were lacking, even not considering the lenght of ...

I got shallowly interested in this manga because it has quite high of a rating here and decided to read it to fill my nothing to do moments. In the begining i thought it was a spinoff of that Erich Kastner novel about separated twins, but then it surprised me the realisation of genre (psychological, mystery) also the depiction in the undertone of the plot of the psychological group processes, group thinking.... yeah, social psychology stuff.

So the plot is interesting, kept my eyes glued to the pages, mystery was good and suspense, even made me do making my own theories who the ...

Preliminary (8/9 chp)
For starters, i started reading this with an objective to learn mahjong rules and how it's played without readin description. I've rated this 6 because it ended up being so bad, that it actually ended up something i wont just drop and forget, more realistic "grade" would be 4 or 5.
When i've started reading it, what hello-ed me were characters that looked like Clint Eastwood in bad mood, doin' some gamblin', some action, so on... not important.
In the end i didn't learn mahjong rules, but left me with few good laughs.
You should read this if you have nothing better to do or want ...

This manga offers unique approach to exploring urban legend an weird unique stories, from the point of main character who explores them and maintains a web site dedicated to them. It is an interesting read if you like mysteries and urban legends, and worth sparing time to read.
In first chapter of the manga art is way better than in the rest of the piece, but that doesn't destroy reading enjoyment. As for the story, manga consists of only 11 chapters so there wasn't place for deeper characterisation of main character Kudan, but enough to highlight his main traits. Mysteries and interesting storyes he explores ...
