There is a unique idea here, it's just poorly managed and executed. Not only was the story rushed at the very end, but the beginning lacked depth. It felt like the writer would dip their toes into spiritual themes, but then pivot into empty resolutions. This manga is way too safe to pique my personal interest. I wish the story had a more coherent and extensive representation of what is going on instead of giving half-ass explanations. This really feels like poorly assembled cliff-notes. Writer needs to allow himself time/chapters to fully construct his vision.
