Yup ,I watched it.
In my opinion the first season of ZnT is not good ,the second is almost great and the third is good ^^

Before we continue to talk: Please ,don't spoiler something from Code Geass R2 becasuse I'm not watching it ,because I only watched the first 6 episodes and after that I couldn't wait a week to see the next ep and now I'm waitng until CGR2 is finished and then I'm watching it in one or two days.
I like Kallen more becasue she's so loyal to Lelouch ^^
C.C. is not bad ,too but just like you said ,she'll never end up with Lelouch.
