My brother and I watched this together because he really liked the original show and wanted to check this out. The beginning of this show didn't start out very well. It was slow and none of the characters were very likeable at first. However, starting at episode 14, the story started to get much better and the characters started to really improve. We both thought it got really interesting. Unfortunately, you need to watch through the beginning episodes to understand what's going on and make the character development meaningful.
