Mixed Feelings
Spoiler
One of the most fucked up things I've read so far... If you think Aku no Hana was fucked this comes close. To be honest I skipped through some chapters and went near the ending because the story becomes a bit stagnant in the middle and uncomfortable. Art is really nice and story is weird but at least it's a break from isekai and other cliche stories.

If you like fucked up shit then have a read. If you can handle fucked up shit and just want to read something out of the ordinary have a read. Don't empathize or sympathize with any of the ...

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS (For Shigatsu wa kimi no Uso)

The feelings that you get are very similar to Shitgatsu wa kimi no Uso. Basically the same trope is that a girl is sick and before she dies she wants to create a band with the MC involved. However, in this case there is time travelling. The MC confesses to the girl but she gets angry at him before she dies. The MC regrets doing this and somehow travels 6 months back into the past and is given a second chance. Naturally one would think why is she angry just because the MC confessed? How different ...

Mixed Feelings
Felt mediocre in every aspect, I gave it a higher rating than 5 because I liked seeing familiar characters. It doesn't really go into depth with anything although it has an interesting premise involving "Chaldeas" which is a planetary replicate of earth using its soul allowing people to predict if there are going to be any devastating events in the future. Even with time travel into the past to correct the future it's not interesting which may be partly because there is little explanation. There is an interesting fight sequence but most of the fights are bland. And for the characters we're talking about a ...

Angel Beats! (Anime) add
A friend suggested this to me and said that it's going to make you cry. I thought he was a pansy because theres noway such an anime with a weird synopsis and a girl with Beretta pistol is going to make someone cry. I did cry. Going any deeper will spoil the story because I think that the joy of this anime is exploring what kind of world this is and the mysteries involved in this particular version of the afterlife.

The music is one of the strong points as even without knowing about the anime it's worth listening to. The story has it's ...

Annarasumanara is a healing manhwa. It broadens your outlook on life with adversities that people face especially with the compromises they make when they grow older. It's a manhwa that allows you to have a chance to reflect back on yourself, check whether you are who you are and not someone that the world expects you to be or the world forces you to be. In a way we don't necessarily journey through life but life sort of forces itself on us. We change to fit the world as we grow. It's difficult to hold onto your dreams when reality says otherwise.

The manhwa ...

I've long passed high school and despite going to university two years earlier than my peers I am already 21 years old and have already labeled myself as a failure. Whenever, I see an anime where the main character strives for success it hurts me a little bit and I ask myself why didn't I put an effort when I was younger? Always making the excuse that I don't need to try hard and should enjoy life. It's funny how they're not mutually exclusive and doesn't make you feel any better. I always have this regret and I guess this is the reason why I ...

Preliminary (39/70 chp)
Masamune-kun no revenge is a new flavour to your typical romance stories in which you're allured from the get-go with the main character trying his best to make a certain girl fall in love with him. Nevertheless, although the story is intriguing from the start it takes a deep dive as it progresses with the introduction of new characters being so absurdly surreal and bullshit making you flabbergasted at their mere existence and the direction of the plot. Overlooking that aspect the story does progress fairly well and it does not stray as much away from the original plot line so I encourage not dropping ...
