Sure, I like it a lot. I can't blame you for not liking it. It's your taste and thats fine. I'm just not a fan of your reasoning, coupled with
the very brief history of anime viewership that is indicated by your profile (If I am wrong about that please correct me, I'd like to know if you've seen more than what's on your profile here.)
I look at My Dressup Darling as a slice of life, romance anime about a gyaru who does cosplay with a guy who helps her and a healthy amount of ecchi content, after watching a couple episodes of course. It is true to the source material which I also liked a lot. As for the reasons I like this series, mainly it's fun to watch. It is a good reprieve from other things I watch and from my daily routine with finishing my degree among other things. It feels good to watch it just because you see two likable characters enjoying themselves and their time together. I will admit it is kinda mushy sometimes and can get repetitive with some of the scenes but they all look good and feel good that I don't really care at those times. While I'm not sure what seeming like a virgin even means given the immature nature of the insult, I still enjoyed this authors work for being just a good time. My apologies if that wasn't an insult to the author you made, it just really looked and sounded like it.
Also, it is like in the latest episode as of right now, they are looking at a 4-koma and explain the appeal about it being slice of life and relaxing. I believe the appeal of this show is the slice of life, the type of genre that is meant to be consumed with the mindset of relaxing and almost living the slow life vicariously through the work.
The fan-service is a product of the source material and is still all well and good especially considering that ecchi is the type of work this was meant to be and the story was built around that. The author of the original material specializes in racy scenes and sketchy plots. I will say I mostly enjoy the fan-service because I am a degenerate and just horny but it also just works. I would not call this anime mainstream but I would say it is a lot more popular than a lot of people thought it would be. Sorry if this sounded like a critique of your review, I just threw some of those points in there to solidify a basis and some criteria for my point of view.
In general I don't think it is worth anyone's time to leave negative reviews unless they incorporate constructive criticism, especially when the content is not something they would normally consume. Its like if you dislike peanut butter and order a peanut butter flavor ice cream because you like ice cream but then leave negative reviews on the ice cream parlor's website because the peanut butter ice cream you ordered was not to your liking. It's kind of pointless, if that makes sense.
TLDR;
It's fun to watch as a slice of life / romcom with no heavy plot or deep character development (since that is the essence of the genre) and likable characters having a good time. It is true to the original work, and while it is an acquired taste for this genre, I can see the lack of appeal to some people.
You only watch all the normie anime and can't take something for what it is so you write a bad review on it, and I'm not just talking about the score you gave. Might wanna close down comments on your page until your review gets washed up in countless others unless you like getting blasted on the internet. Just a suggestion.
It seems like this is either a new account or someone who hasn't seen a lot yet, so let me make this clear; You do realise there is a BIG DIFFERENCE between Haikyuu!! and Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru? You're comparing a sports anime with a cosplay anime..
