I'm very open to different kinds of anime. I'll watch most anything and I tend to watch things even if I haven't heard very good things about it (that doesn't mean I'll finish it though) because it deserves its fair chance.

One thing I don't get is people that hate on dubs for anime. Not all of them are bad, they may not fit your ideal, but that doesn't mean they are bad. A lot of the ones I've watched recently have actually been good. Don't hate dubs just because you can or because people you know do, form an opinion for yourself based on experience instead.
