Both feature high-school-age boys helping yokai solve their problems. Both have a fairly light-hearted atmosphere most of the time.

If you liked Bokurano add

...then you might like Moon Edge add

Both set in the future, with similar art styles. Mysterious scifi in a serious tone.

If you liked Kyou kara Ma no Tsuku Jiyuugyou! add

...then you might like 07-Ghost add

While 07-Ghost is darker, and KKM is more humorous, I think both have a very similar setup. Both have large, mostly male casts of characters which revolve around trying to protect or antagonize the main character in a fantasy setting. The main characters (Teito and Yuuri) are both boys sharing their bodies with spirits and trying to steer a morally/ethically right course in complicated political-religious situations. Oh, and they both have "living" skeletons.

If you liked Toradora! add

...then you might like Working!! add

Even though 'Working!!' has barely started, it reminds me greatly of 'Toradora!'. Both feature tiny female leads, forward (sometimes violent) female characters, and slice-of-life comedy.

If you liked Shounen Onmyouji add

...then you might like Kekkaishi add

Both these series have a young male protagonist who is training in the handling and banishing of demons. Thus the action sequences and character-growth have a very similiar flavor. Many of the fight sequences of both series take place at night, when the main character is on watch for ayakashi or other monsters. The main difference between the two is setting, as Kekkaishi takes place in the present, and Shounen Onmyouji takes place in the Heian era. But if you like the feel of one, I think you'll like the other as well.
