I like all sorts of stuff, but a lot of it tends to be older. I also tend to search for weird/arty/experimental stuff first and/or stuff with interesting setups. Of course, having said that, one of my favourite shows right now is One Piece, which is hardly groundbreaking, lol.
PS: I'm terrible at rating things consistently, so don't take my scores too seriously.

Oh yeah, I noticed that while checking out the site. Even our shared anime scores are pretty similar. It's a neat coincidence. Although your stats are much higher than mine! The percentage thing doesn't seem to work with every profile I come across though. I guess I just need to watch more stuff.

Hey thanks for the add, ^^ and sorry for the late reply. got a bit side-tracked with work and whatnot, then got a sporadic barrage of comments from others on MAL, so I guess it got buried out of sight.
thats cool you both have anime as a hobby, really hoping i can find someone who won't freak out about it. man i dont know how you can go collecting games, they are so expensive these days. its gotten to the point where i will only invest in a console if i know theres a possiblity to hack it and play pirated games. its a bit like anime, i dont own everything ive seen. only like my all-time favourites. otherwise id never eat >_<
cleaning the house is a job in itself! trust me i know lol

well i for one cant seem to gather the courage to take on really long stuff atm like one piece. Problem is if i have too much of a backlog i similarly have this issue of not being able to make up my mind on which series to watch. don't know if you have that as well?
man didn't even know they still made those .hack games... i dont know if all the different shows are based off the games though :/
do you play a lot of games then?
