I like all sorts of stuff, but a lot of it tends to be older. I also tend to search for weird/arty/experimental stuff first and/or stuff with interesting setups. Of course, having said that, one of my favourite shows right now is One Piece, which is hardly groundbreaking, lol.

Also I cleaned out my entire list a while back so there are numerous things missing. I've been slowly re-adding them as I re-watch them or remember they were there.

Anything unrated is stuff I don't remember well enough to rate until I re-watch.

I've been alright, but that will change with university just around the corner. The original macross show is the best of the franchise and has the most substance and developed characters out of the more recent instalments. Macross is a good place to start, if your husband is a new anime fan that wants a show that doesn't not a pandering ecchi harem/romantic comedy that takes place in a high school setting.
