Despite being a spin-off with a different cast and storyline, this movie was very well-written and engaging. It would've been an excellent anime on its own but since it's a sequel to Grisaia, the expectations become extremely high and that's the primary reason why the score on MAL isn't so great.
It was inferior to the Kajitsu/Rakuen series when it came to darker and more tragic stories covering psychology and deeper meanings but it also had its own merits with a lot of unique characters and action going on. One thing I missed was the ecchi moments the prequels had and not enough Kazuki was

This show is realistic about the criticisms idols get and the struggle to be in such an industry especially about how toxic social media (especially twitter) can be. Of course there were many exaggerations and fantasy stuffs like reincarnation but that's what it makes it stand out from being just a real life documentary since that would be too boring to watch. The animation and art-style were on-point especially with the character expressions when they're acting. The focus on their thinking and inner dialogues, particularly on Aqua was well-made.
However I felt like the story was a bit rushed with all those time-skips and small ...

This is an anime to watch with 2 braincells left. Only watch it for the comedy, ecchi scenes and expect nothing more than that. Initially, I was going to give it a higher rating like 8 or even 9 but starting from episode 8, it went a bit downhill IMO.
I understand it as an ecchi anime, they had to find a way to make everything sexual but the way the villagers treated Hitamu was honestly disgusting. They were treating her just like a toy and the MC doing nothing to stop them is absurd to me. I can see monsters are doing it for ...

First of all, the main character, Cid Kagenou was very interesting. It gave an interesting perspective unlike many other animes which is good. This anime kind of reminded me of Overlord where the main character has no idea but somehow does everything correct, so that his subordinates think he's a genius. The comedy in this anime was just enough. It was in moderation and pretty funny at times especially with two friends who are perverts.
However, I feel like there could've been more backstory to the characters. Especially about the shadow garden and the girl in episode 1. I'm hoping they'll show more of it in ...

Nothing special, really cliche anime. Story and everything isn't good but the last episode wasn't half bad. The main characters weren't unique or interesting but there was some character development throughout the series, especially from Yumemi. Yumemi was the only character who I liked and enjoyed watching.
The show was unrealistic when they had to say their spell name and the villains just waited there but that's usually the case when it comes to this kind of animes. Also, I don't think the ecchi tag was necessary and they didn't show much romance between Hatena and Makoto. The graphics weren't bad but the art definitely could've ...

It was a let-down from the first season. The plot is very predictable and boring. The main character is way too indecisive and does many wrong decisions but the plot armor fixes all of it. It feels like he cares about Shoko more than Mai (as he was always thinking of Shoko and never really initiated anything with Mai, then didn't even cry after Mai died) and just accepted the fate however the plot armor was too powerful and Shoko somehow created a time travelling potion for him. Even after he saved Mai, he couldn't accept that Shoko will die and was willing to sacrifice

Only read this after finishing the season as it's full of spoilers.
It could've been a 9/10 season until the ending. They really had to kill Vueko without any good reason. The author had to justify her death with a nonsense "forgot about the curse" reason which is a complete BS. Because of all the residents there are already dead and that she'll most likely not go with Riko and the others, they probably couldn't think of a good way to continue a story if she had lived and resorted to such a cheap trick.
