Hey, haven't checked your profile in a while and didn't see the post on here that was meant for me...
The house is good, signed a contract for one year for when I start my masters in September.
I don't get carded anymore! I think it's because of my stubbles.... Happened to me all the time when I was 18 (it's the legal age of drinking here in UK).
I see you've added some anime to watch for October! You sure love your romance stories don't you! lol....
I've just finished Eureka Seven, it's decent... But I don't think I'm going to watch any anime much now..... starting some work for my Masters at the moment (preliminary reading material).

I'm just gonna go out and get a drink or two (I dislike the taste of alcohol) just because I finally can legally. xD
Although it should be fun getting carded all the time because people always ask me what year I am in high school even though I'll be 21!

I didn't do anything really. Mostly catching up with paperwork and what not. Life admin work stresses me out.... takes so long and it's so boring.

I know Koukou Debut! It's in my plan-to-watch list. I haven't read good critics though:/ How many volumes is it? *obviously shamelessly bored to search it* I think SB will have at about 100++ chapters more as a rough estimation. Kyoko has a loooong way to go to mature and be more self-conscious. She needs a lot of work(And of course there are many things to be resolved and the romance to bloom alongside with the characters' progress).
Oh, i haven't added any manga yet. I've read way too many so i'm terribly bored to search them here and add them on my list *hides*
I see you plan to read Tokyo Crazy Paradise. Another favorite of mine<3 I think you'll probably be more pleased with its romance development than SB's. The start is kinda slow though but don't get discouraged ;D

I really can't stand Nana. I understand the reasons of why you find it appealing but i think somehow i detest it for the same reasons(i.e. you love a character because you think he/she is deep and realistic and i hate him/her because i think he/she is ostensible and fake etc) ^^;; lol Every character gets on my nerves, i find them difficult on purpose and deep only seemingly while in fact they are shallow and fake. The drama exists just for the sake of drama and that's all. Lack of actual substance and nothing to offer. Seems realistic but has the pessimistic tone which tries to be passed as realistic/philosophic. Of course what i say/think are probably far from "truth" from your point of view. It's all up to people's different tastes and views after all ^^v
For me, Skip Beat is the best shoujo right now. Unpredictable, untypical, with amazing characters(both main and supporting), interesting plot, excellent character development, hilariousness, depicting a frustrating love situation with mastery. Pure epicness and WIN. Of course all these might not be "true" for you(i.e. the interesting plot for me is boring for you etc).
In the thread i kinda "snapped" and felt the urge to defend my favorite manga xD Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course but can have a discussion ^^v SB IS advancing but not the way you'd probably like it to;)

Ah, yeah.... I really wonder who the hell moderates the removal of clips from youtube. I mean AMV's are clearly helping to advertise the anime itself.. and no one in their right mind is going to search for AMVs just to listen to what ever music used.

OMG, I adore My Hime as well! It's funny you said that because I was just re-watching a few eps as I recently learnt it to a friend and he was asking some Qs about it. I really wish that they made sequels for My Hime instead of My Otome!
Not seen 5cm/sec...
Btw, if you're wondering why FMA2 is on my top 5 even though it's not aired yet, it's because I loved the first one except from when they deviate away from the manga, since FMA2 is going to be true to the manga, same studio and voice actors, I know for sure I'll enjoy it (plus I felt it's fair since I already have 4 romance/comedy ones there) .
I take it that you're enjoying the Nana manga very much so then... I bet sooo much has developed since the anime ended.
