I hope you like it. The watch order is S1 — 3rd Movie — S2. I'm at the beginning of S2 now.
It seriously starts kinda slow, but ends up being incredible towards the end of the 1st season. Though the world itself captured me from the first episode.
And the movie… I watched it last week, but I haven't given it a rating yet, since I'm at a loss for words… I'm still figuring out how to properly describe it…
Yeah no worries and thanks for asking too, I'll try to keep up :)
Hey man! I Just realized we had a chat before, and never added each other lol
Oh man, Made in Abyss is just beautiful... I started watching it for the first time recently, and now I understand all the praise.
The world of MiA and the mysteries of the Abyss are incredibly appealing to me
The soundtrack adds so much to the experience, it's really phenomenal
Not to mention how dark the anime gets... it gets pretty messed up... but not for the sake of it. It's not edgy, it has its purpose in the story. The story sticks to the dangers and risks that diving into the Abyss brings with it.
AI is dead and we have killed it. Let's goooo GTO and Ippo in favorites. Saw Vinland Saga in your PTW and wanted to tell you that it's loosely similar to those two :D
wow thats some Y2K-era brainrot you've got going on your profile
Someone has finally acknowledged what I've been going for ๐ค
Im reminded how much of a casual I am just by looking at your favourites, I may not know most of them but I can tell they're good.
You'll began to recognize lots of these titles if you browse the MAL database and other users' profiles who favor retro anime. Also, you've seen a sufficient amount of anime of various genres and decades to not really be a casual imo.
Also yeah, they're pretty good :D. Did Ashita no Joe ever interest you btw? Thought I'd mention it since you like Ippo, GTO and Hokuto no Ken. It's a great show to start with too if you dive more into classic anime.
I'm one of the people who would defend Part 5 back in the day when Part 3 Anime still airing and it still has an awful translation, ofc it include Diavolo too.
for their music itself, they're one of the bands/artist where I rate their whole discog on rym https://rateyourmusic.com/~MawMaw
I think adventures times the type of series you could crossover with any fnatasy media and it wold work considering the fan art I've seen.
I see you are a fan of batman beyond, I need to give the series a rewatch sometime as it's been a while since I've watched it or anything batman related since young justice or Harley. (his cameo in invincible being an exception)
Need any recommendations for something specific I'm your man.
Hey, thanks for the rec! I loved Innocence (or anything by Oshii, lol); I was surprised to find out that it's the only anime film to be nominated for a Palme d'Or.
I kind of forgot my profile picture is everywhere. I need to update it with something more recent. I'm not a big fan of the picture but I've been too lazy to change it.
Happy that you had a great day. And always happy to meet fellow Onizuka fans. I should finish the manga sometime. It was pretty refreshing to read, for how flushed out it was in comparison to the anime.

that's Megumin from Death Note.
If I'm correct, she also plays a side character in Star Wars.
Well, brainrot aside, how is your day? :3
