Bastard gets really good at like episode 3 although thats half way through the anime,

well from what i know they are both really kinda the same but not a parody cause bastard has its own unique plot and story, you should give it a try at first it is weird but it gets somewhat better towards the end ;)

Hey have You heard Any more News For the New Berserk Like a Date release , well I also Stumbled upon a anime Called Bastard It has six episodes and it reminded me of bersek a little bit.

Check Out Bamboo Blade Its really Laid Back and has some good Character development overall its a anime thats worth watching,

Sorry to not get back to you for so long... I don't check my profile very often...

But you might try out Ga-Rei Zero or Ghost in the Shell. Also thought if you liked Gantz and Claymore then you should definitely read their mangas, as they continue the story and are much much better.
