I am glad you found Kimi to Boku enjoyable. After all, Slice of Life series either resonate with you, or they turn out to be extremely boring. Sometimes I get recommended a SoL that a friend may have really enjoyed and I get bored out of my mind. Sometimes I love a SoL very much like Kimi to Boku, but then a friend I recommend it to finds it boring. In this case it seems that our tastes matched up. A great slice of life anime is simply the best thing you can come home to after a tiring day. It's one of the main reasons why I still watch anime today after all these years after so many hobbies have come and gone.
As you know Aria is my favourite series of all time, and I believe it's the greatest Slice of Life ever made (It's also #1 on my Top 20). Check that out when you have some time.
