As far as I can tell, sankakucomplex is not the most reliable or valid source for what actually happened. Rather, it feels like they took the words of context and made it seem like it was out of ill intent from Nakamura.
check out http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm13346901. This is Hikasa and Nakamura talking about the incident... It's pretty obvious the atmosphere is rather lighthearted and silly.
From what I can tell by what they're saying. Nakamura keeps repeating in a lighthearted manner, "No one told you to come." Hikasa yells in an exaggerated manner "LIES! (USO!)". Hikasa decided to go to live without really knowing where she's going by herself. Since she was there, she decides to greet Nakamura while she's at it.
Hikasa mentions that she went in there without persmission (3:50 on the video) xD... Hikasa later says it was really a mess. (4:13) She thought about going up the escalator (since it seemed like it would be pretty funny, since it seems important people go up there). Nakamura laughs while saying "Even though no one is watching xD."
Hikasa states that going on the elevator would probably be impossible, so she took the stairs instead. Eventually, even her manager asked "Hikasa-san, just what are you thinking? (Nakamura comments: Of course!) If they find us, they'll get really angry with us." Nakamura responds, "You came without even being called, it's weird! xD"
Hikasa is walking around, thinking "Everyone notice~ notice.(5:07)" But no one realized. Hikasa made it to the lobby where everyone was, hurrying all over the place.(5:30) "No one realized it at all!" Hikasa said. She thought to herself "Darn!..." Hikasa talks to a random person there, "Excuse me, I'm an authorized person--- I think. I'm an acquaintance and want to greet her.”
After she said that, the person responded (5:53)"Customer/Mrs, let me see your pass." Nakamura laughs "Well of course!" Hikasa says "Eh!!!!? I don't know!?" Nakamura says "I wasn't given a pass either. But because I don't have one, I made sure I was someone who had one or I wouldn't be able to enter." Hikasa mentions she can't hold back any longer, she called someone (Kage P?) and asked iif she could see Eriko-san. He responded with a sound which made it seem he/she was busy, "I'm going. I'm going." Hikasa felt like "AH! I'm so sorry!~" Once she was able to go in, she realized the pass was really needed, and it was different from the normal one she sees.
Then she received a response from a person she knew, (7:58) "Hiya-chi! Huh?... Why are you here?" Nakamura says(8:10) "I didn't know about it!. It was Hikasa that called me! Ah, Nakamura, she said Eri-chan called her here." Nakamura continues to say, "The atmosphere was made as if I called you here. I didn't call you here, why are (laughs) you here?"
Anyways... you get the idea. The situation is more lighthearted than anything else.

People should take that Sankaku article with a grain of salt. Hikasa Youko and Eriko do a radio show together, and Eriko likes to toy with Hikasa on that show a lot. The show's pretty crazy. http://anitama.com/momonoki/

Not really a big K-ON fan but I don't really care about the lives of other people anyways. Even if I did I wouldn't be a fan of a person simply because they were fortunate enough to be get the role of a character who turned out to be popular. Then there's the fact that I don't give much credibility to news I can't really confirm myself. Anyways, HARUKA!!!
