Peach Boy Riverside......Now this is an anime that stands out from all the other animes this season. But sadly not for the right reason.

This anime started off rather strong with our generic mc meeting hare folk who is passed out on the side of street. Our mc helps the harefolk and one things leads to another and our faces are filled with very interesting concepts including inequality and a sense of corruption. But after that its all down hill from there. We are then shown with what are meant to be antagonist but a futile attempt of where no one is actually evil buts

As of right now Megami-ryou no Ryoubo-kun has had a quite a bit of praise from all the reviews that I have seen and I am here to provide a different opinion as I did not enjoy this anime as much as everybody else did Note: mild spoilers The anime starts of with our 12 year old mc on the brink of starvation as his house burned to the ground. Battle game in 5 seconds. I haven't read the manga and I came in with absolutely no expectations just hoping for a show that would pass the time. Man it didn't disappoint.
Keep in mind I extremely enjoyed Darwins Game and this season is practically identical to it and it has kept me intrigued this whole time. So from the very start of this series I immediately enjoyed the series. The story is very similar to that of darwins game with people gaining random powers in order to survive the events that are taking place. It's a pretty cliché story but it's one that I tend ...

This anime had a potential at the start but it is very much rushed to the point where some people might find the show a drag to watch.
