I noticed that you wrote a review of the Detective Conan anime, and that you seemed to have watched "a fraction of the episodes." This implies that you have seen the beginning episodes, episodes that I have been trying to find with no avail. Could you perhaps share the sources you have been using to watch Detective Conan.

I read your psychological bit about the motivation of human behavior on your profile and found it rather intriguing. I am no psychologist myself, so can't cite the names of theories or their respective theorists.
So what you are basically saying is that "true" altruistic behavior does not exist; one acts selflessly in order to gain some indirect benefit, such as investment towards future relationships or even the mere status as being seen as an altruist by society.
But then let me ask you this: what about those who sacrifice their lives for the sake of others. Can the human mind really accept reaping benefits that would only come into effect after death?

Oh, I guess you'd call it "life coaching" with a universal, spiritual twist.

"Although I am probably the one most impressed with the product."
Nothin' wrong with that! Keep it up. I really need to be writing . . . . not about anime . . . and I'm not.

Sorry I missed you yesterday. It's nice to hear from you. Just yesterday or the day before I was missing some of the old Anivide gang. You must have "heard" me. ;-) I'm doing pretty good. How about you?

Hello, my friend! I see you have been doing some deep thinking. Very good. See if you can track down a copy of
Walking Between Worlds: The Science of Compassion
By Greg Braden (hope I spelled that right)
It’s time to ditch the text file.
