It is shown that mr. riichi ueshiba often has an involvement of "mothers" in his story just like in nazo no kanojo x, but this time it is really great over all.
the concept starts off as suzuki minoru gaining access to his deceased fathers older memories which included his mother and his father's romantic relationship, ookumo aya, his mother is a person which he gained a little interest in which is really bad considering they are in a parent and child relationship, this has become a problem for minoru as his flashbacks/memories are being mixed with reality creating a certain attraction to his mother.

the story we can find that minoru really tries his best to know whats good and wrong by his own judgement, he finds himself hanging out with a girl named ninomae, the reason for this is because her and his mother are a bit similar, the story goes as minoru taking a liking into ninomae while slowly ignoring the flashbacks that occured by similarity of events in the present, he takes a liking to ninomae, and thus furthers their relationship through out the story.
The art is a 8 because it indeed is a nice art by riichi ueshiba made by hand
I enjoyed it alot as well

if it had an anime adaptation i reckon it would really be a masterpiece.
