OK, I have mixed feelings on this one.
Most people are probably watching this for the soft porn basically. Super ecchi.
HOWEVER, the second half of the series actually becomes somewhat enjoyable and dare I say.... good. The main objective for Lucifer is a little more complex than what it seems at first. There are some plot twists.
With echi as the driving element, I cannot recommend this to anyone really, but if you get past that element, its actually kinda decent.
(I rate the characters themselves very high because they each stand out in their appropriate areas of personality. So it seems fitting.

I'm not yet finished with the show but I am a good half way or more into it. I like it a lot.
The problem with so many of the harsher critiques is that they don't seem to know how to just enjoy things. If I wanted to I could critique this series down to the point that it becomes not worth watching even if nothing else was on. I could do that to any show. The main character Izetta is a witch in this WWII era. This is fine because it is NOT some moe magical girl transformation cliche. Perhaps I'm just a hopeless ...

I started watching this because I play the phone game for it.
Then when I saw that Sonia was a "main" character I just had to watch it even more. But here I am making this review after having watched 25 episodes of this show and I can't find much positive to say. It has that happy-go-lucky flare that Pokemon uses with the main characters being naive and overly childish. I expected this to be a bit more kid oriented to begin with, but still, at least Pokemon was actually fun to watch. This show feels like a happy go lucky training montage where enough ... |
