Asobi is a weird case to me because I find the reaction faces to be a bit offputting honestly, but at the same time the comedy is very funny so I end up laughing a lot anyways, so wtf xD

> Do you watch anime with Spanish subs or with English subs?

Not sure how the fansubbing quality is in Germany, but I'm honestly really happy with the level of the Spanish ones so I don't really have a preference between the two.

I tend to use the English ones more because this way I can share screenshots with text and the people I talk with will know what they say, but I can just watch Spanish ones when I feel like it as well or because they are more accessible at the moment (there are some cases like subs for movies or for some airing series like it was the case for Nanatsu S2 or Violet Evergarden last year where the Spanish subs came out earlier than the English ones for example).

Grand Blue was "just good" to me (as I feel with the manga) but I heavily agree with all the others, had a ton of fun with them.

Sadly you're definitely not the only one who feels that way from the people I know, I personally still love Shokugeki even if the start of the arc after the one animated was pretty bad, the comedy and foodgasms never fail to hype and entertain me, but honestly I can understand anyone not liking Shokugeki post the stagiare arc.

I can't recommend Saiki enough! My second favorite comedy after Kaguya. The 28th of this month a special with the finale of the series came out, I can't wait for the subs to watch it.

Thanks to my friend Paint I actually made a pic with all the scores I gave to series that aired/continued this year, it's a bit of a mess because one has to know the series since it's only pics + it includes OVAs, movies and co, but oh well xD

I loved this year a ton, each season always had series I really liked and quite others I found entertaining to watch weekly, the biggest surprise is probably finding my two favorite stand-alone movies one after the other with Sayonara no Asa ni Yakusoku no Hana wo Kazarou and Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai, I was a source reader of the second so I already knew it was gonna be amazing, but the other making it to my top 10 was a big surprise.

TV-wise, Saiki and Shokugeki delivered once again with their sequels and now that I found my love for Aikatsu and Precure this should be a constant amount of enjoyment (hopefully) each year, Revue Starlight, Comic Girls and Zombieland Saga were amazing as well IMO and I didn't expect to love them as much as I did.

Any favorites from your part so far?

Well, I got used to watch anime this way (I still binge from time to time tho, especially when getting closer to the end of an anime) so maybe you find it easy to binge, I can't say yes or no to that since it's personal haha.

Hyped is an understatement haha, I lost it the day the adaptation got announced and since then I have been counting days for the adaptation, 2 weeks left!

I don't want to overhype it but Aikatsu was honestly the best experience I had watching an anime. At first it was just pretty good and the CGI dances looked... mediocre at best, but once things started to click I found myself absolutely loving the cast and how they developed as the episodes passed, and the dances became amazing to look at (I have this video on the reddit thread too, dance from episode 110, they get great a lot earlier anyways, just a favorite of mine).

Before I got into the series I too felt like "holy fuck, 178 episodes? That's too much"... and by the time it was over I wished it was way longer, I have two friends I talk with and one finished it last week and the other is 5 episodes away from finishing it and both felt the same sensation of "wait, I want more!" Damn it hurts.

I actually wanted to start rewatching it again those last days but I'm already watching like 6 shows with 50 or more episodes, if I start it now I won't continue with the others haha.

This is a series that isn't particularly bingewatchable but it always made my day and made me smile so, so much, I can't promise you will feel the same but I would love to see you giving it a chance and see if it works for you.

I see, since I prefer anime over manga I just really want to see it adapted, plus that would make the series a lot more popular, I would love to see more people enjoying the series as I do!

I'm really happy to see that you enjoyed the movie! Karen didn't get as much screen time since it focused more in the Shinobu-Youko-Aya(ya) past, but that was awesome, and she still stole the spotlight anyways whenever she was there n_n

The Kaguya adaptation and KinMoza S3 are the two things I'm looking forward the most to be announced, but I'm not sure if Kiniro will get more stuff animated tbh q_q

tbh some chapters got me close to the same, I couldn't stop laughing and I ended up getting dizzy, especially some of the later ones. I know it sounds exaggerated, but the recent shoujo parody one had me laughing for like 15 minutes after finishing the chapter, absolutely hilarious XDD

That binge, damn, I personally started reading it on chapter 9, a month before it changed magazine (it was monthly at first, I would suffer so much if I had to wait a month for more Kaguya q_q), I wasn't too much into manga back then other than continuing some stuff from where the anime left of, but I saw the cover of Kaguya and it totally caught my attention, as you can see, zero regrets XD.

Kaguya also won a contest very recently, seeing that Japan also loves it makes me so excited, crossing fingers for an adaptation that manages to keep the level of the manga, I see easily taking my top favorites spot if it happens.

For what I see the first volume will be available in English the 6th of March of next year, I'm so hyped to buy it! I hope the translations keep the "How cute" tho q_q
