I will write a simple review here, unlike the novels others write:

Went to see the screening in theaters yesterday in the USA, and I absolutely loved it! The animation was breathtaking as expected, and it hits you in the feels multiple times. Bring tissues if you have a history of crying while watching Violet Evergarden. There are scenes in this movie that will get you hard.

As a movie, it's really good, but I wouldn't recommend watching just this. You have to watch everything before because this movie brings back from stories from the TV series and ties those in very nicely, so you'd be ...

I just watched the film in theaters and it was great! All Sound! Euphonium fans should watch it, as it is indeed a continuation of the series.

Like all movies, material is condensed, and there's quite literally nothing we can do about it except show our support for the makers in hopes of getting more content. The film starts by giving a 10 minute review of what happened in the first 2 seasons, and then kicks off. One should definitely watch "Liz and the Blue Bird" before watching this, because there are quite a few connections to that movie (don't wanna spoil anything).

I agree, this could ...

Wow! I believe "A Silent Voice" is definitely worth its high ratings now that I've watched it!

At the beginning I absolutely hated the MC; no questions about it, just hated him and felt sorry for Shouko. It tore my heart to see that, and her innocent smile was just too much! As I'm watching the film, I keep telling myself, "Yeap, you reap what you sow, kid.... you reap what you sow..." And then, the change of pace happened. Quite unexpected, really.

Overall I enjoyed it; on par with "Kimi no na wa." It's great to see the characters progress and overcome their problems at hand. ...

I enjoyed watching Kotonoha no Niwa. There were a few things that could have been done differently.

For example, it felt like it ended too abruptly. We could have also used a tad more exposition on Yukino's past life. An extra 5-10 minutes showing a scenario or several scenarios of the problems that led to her current situation would have been ideal, rather than implying what happened and leaving the visual aid out of the picture. That way we could have understood the problem and the resolve much easier. I for one understood the issue, but the resolve was a bit abrupt and not followed through ...

Words cannot express how wonderful this film was! I jumped onboard because I heard it was a good film, it had good reviews, and I had a vague idea of what the fuss was about. I can safely say, I was not disappointed at ALL!

The animation is GORGEOUS! Must be seen in 1080p or 4K if possible. The characters are unique and can really make you feel for them and be in their shoes.

Towards the midway point I was hoping for the best, but the rollercoaster ride began and the feels could not be contained within. From that point forward I was anxiously waiting ...

OH MAN... where do I start? If I could, I'd give this a 20/10 rating!

I initially wanted to watch Violet Evergarden because the animation looked very well done. Lo and behold, I was right... you can smell the budget through your screen lol! But I was in for way more than just pretty pictures...

This is a MUST watch for anyone and EVERYONE out there. I knew it had good reviews, but didn't know y until I watched it for myself. DISCLAIMER: BRING TISSUE BOX(ES)! You will need them! I cried every episode minus 2 or 3 here and there where there wasn't anything "sad" ...

I can't give extremely poor overall ratings, but there were some serious flaws here that need to be addressed.

Overall, the anime was enjoyable, can't argue there. It gave a few laughs, has enough eye candy for the ecchi-hearted people. The character voicing wasn't annoying (as is in some anime). But good GOD the character design was awful... There are certain angles that the animation studio could not get right for the life of them... For some reason side shots look fine, but straight-on shots look absolutely horrendous. But at the same time, there's certain scenes where the straight-facing characters look completely normal and well made. ...

Made in Abyss (Anime) add
Oh boi, where do I start?

Made in Abyss... a wonderful anime that has a children's tale come to fruition, right? #NOPE...

I heard about this anime when it launched and I wasn't quite intrigued to start watching it. I thought it was just a kids' show, nothing to be taken from it. Then the years went by, and I found out about NOSTOS, a VR MMO. This MMO apparently had behind it some traces of Made in Abyss and Emi Evans (NieR). I was like, "Well, I sure know who Emi Evans is, but who is Kevin Penkin? And so I decided to watch Made ...

Ok, so I'm giving this season a 10 for all because I really love the series, but here's the deal...

So, I, like many others, have anxiously waited for season 3 to air. We finally get it, and I hear all these bad reviews, and I don't understand why. I sat down and just finished watching it. It kept me watching episode after episode, wanting to find out more and more of how it progresses (not having read the LN's at all). And then... outta nowhere... the final episode comes and now I know y everyone hated it. They rushed it like MAD. It coulda easily ...

New Game!! (Anime) add
Hmmm, where do we start?

It's basically the same vibe as the first season, but this time with new characters, and more yuri senses tingling lol...

Imo, the new characters were quite a turn-off, completely irrelevant to the whole series. I think the season would have been 100% fine without the addition of new characters. Fortunately, towards the end they resolve the itching that the new characters produce, but I still wasn't very fond of them.

On a side note... what kind of dark character is Aoba!? Like... chopping up sentient beings to use them as skins, and then cannibalism? Dang, she's something different, that's for ...
