Hajime no Ippo - one of the best tv series ever made - I though it would be shit cause its about boxing - but damn I was wrong. Try just episode 1 before watching anything else as you will be shocked how good it is. Weird thing is that I dont really like boxing, but the Japanese seem to have amazingly talented people to get them hooked on such a series. You will know by end of episode 1 whether or not that series is for you.

Fairy Tail - Similar to One Piece, animation starts out sort of terrible for action scenes but it gets better as it goes on. My current favorite.

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood - Its a remake of the old series based solely on the manga (the old series was not). I did not like the old series but god the new one is amazing.

Eureka 7 - The main character is so similar to Tsuna from Reborn its shocking. Just look as it as Tsuna in a different anime :), but its worth the watch.

I have way more I could recommend you but I think those 3 will do for now?

Dont forget Hunter x Hunter Green Island and Hunter x Hunter Green Island Final those were good ovas :D
