I am; and predominantly have always been, a rather standoffish individual, yet often verbose when engaged. Largely only doing so on a whim unless absolutely necessary, but at the same time stubborn enough to often seek a debate when encountering an alternate stance from my own.
Dropped entries are based on enjoyment. Regardless of being within the first episode, or during the last. I don't subscribe to such notions of viewing and completing that which I don't find pleasure in to "better appreciate" selections I would. It has been attempted, and does not suit me in the slightest. More recently I have also been adding entries I would have previously had on-hold waiting for subtitles, that have breached a randomly determined period of time without regular updates. These might at some point be completed, but doubtful.
I haven't recorded ratings for some time, and have long removed the ratings from those I previous had. This is due to the fact I'm far too lazy to even occasionally adjust these scores as my opinions diverge over time. Could I have left them all with the initial score given based on first completion? Of course, but when this was still a viable undertaking, I was more concerned with receiving recommendations of consistent interest. As an example, upon my completion of Seikon no Qwaser I would have; now laughably, given it an 8. Whereas now I'd probably give it a 4 or a 5. This being the approximate opposite in contrast of my first viewing vs first time I could appreciate Natsume Yuujinchou.
For the curious, I've repeatedly deleted my old comments/posts during long inactive periods, and likely will continue to do so; should I get around to making more. Currently had I not, the tally would have been sitting at around the low 300s.
