Oh, that's amazing! AP Physics. Is that AP Physics B or C? What year are you, junior? AP Physics as a junior is something else. I took it in my senior year. So how did the AP exams go? I think they are over now.
Please enjoy the summer break! It may be better to not slack off on other stuff though like volunteering, working, applying for universities, SATs, etc.
Procrastination and getting distractions is something each person has to overcome themselves. Do your best! Believe in yourself!

I had five AP classes in my last year of high school along with two college classes haha
Some people are just smart, good at studying, or good at memorizing. Memorizing really isn't good for you. It is best to understand the concepts. Probably why I never liked bio cause it's just memorization. Understanding concepts and applying them is easier for me, probably why I liked physics.
By the time I finished university I was taking notes in different colors to separate the sections. Makes it easier to read, but I only used two or three colors.
Procrastination is bad. I would be fired if I still procrastinated LOL
I have found a few strands of white hair myself. I have aged what feels like over five years the past two years.
Need more than half a year or a year of sports unfortunately.

Hmmmm, falling asleep or being sleepy for tests never worked for me.
If you don't want to volunteer you can do extracurricular activities like school clubs, a part-time job, etc. Those also look good on applications. Don't forget AP/IB classes!
You can get around without volunteering. Need to be an exceptional person though. I volunteered while in school and still do today! It's fun and rewarding ^^
恭喜恭喜！ I don't think I can ace a test when tired. I always did worse then when alert. Procrastination? Hahaha, terrible habit a lot of people have.
You can volunteer almost anywhere. Pick something that interests you! Maybe not the hospital, but perhaps a charity organization. Don't limit to just the library, although if you like books then go for it!
I do volunteering work as well ^^
I hated being in school. I was so poor and couldn't buy anything!
