I felt very inclined to write a proper review on this since there are very few and I did not find the reviews written by thise who rate most anime low or a lengthy synopsis, every possible spoiler and staff info.
So here is a spoiler-free review:
I stumbeled upon this while looking at the list of other older storiers of Rumiko Takahashi that were animated. When I saw a guy dressed in warrior attire and a girl in a school uniform my only reaction was "don't tell me this is the same as Inuyasha". Well it kinda is... and kinda not at the same time.

Kamisama Hajimemashita is a typical Shojou romance/comedy anime.
(8) The story is very interesting, a little exaggerated though. It's not really common seeing mare humans becoming Gods. Another problem would be that, the anime is really short! It only has 13 episodes so, you don't really get to see much of the original story in the manga, only the beginning. There's also a lack of character development due to the shortness of the anime. Otherwise, the story is very funny and not boring at all. (10) Since it was produced in 2012 I expected the art to be amazing, and I wasn't dissappointed at all when ...

Well I am a big fan of Ranma 1/2, it is my fav anime and manga of all times but I'll still try to be somehow objective.
(Story:8) Ranma has a hilarious story! It's kind of stupid and doesn't really bring the characters anywhere. The story-line is also somehow blurry; the episodes have a chronological order of course but sometimes the don't necessarily follow anything. If you skip one episode you sure didn't miss much, just a lot of funny moments!
