After You Copied It , Go Scroll Down To The Way Bottom And Click On "Quick Reply" In the Bottom Left.
Paste What You Copied.
Here Is The Next Instructions :
For The Month, Type In "March 2011" Because Its the Current Month. For Every Month, You Can Claim TWO Pokemon ! When The Next Month Comes By, The Pokemon From The Previous Months Would be Resetted.
Then For The Username, Just Input Your Name/Username :P
Then For Name Of Pokemon, Just Put In The Pokemons name :P (Squirtle, Bullbsaur, Charmander , Etc)
Next For Banner, Click On Yes Considering The Fact That You Cant Make Your Own xD So Put This In " Yes Make Me A Banner"
The Next Step Is A Bit Confusing.
For The Picture, Open A New Tab. Find A Picture Thats 300x300 Or Bigger. Copy The Image Url.
Now Put "[url=IMAGEURL]PokemonsName[/url]
Badge, Put No Cause Your Only Requesting 2 Cards .
