Yeah, it is supposed to be Creed - they just gave him a different hair color for a reason that is unknownst to me.

The ED itself was great though - I found it highly amusing.

Since you are watching Black Cat, then you should have noticed this peculiarity in the (first) ED.

My first response to Kino's Journey after reading the Wiki article is surprise at a reverse trap being the protagonist.

However, it does seem to have an interesting and enjoyable watch. I'll add it to my plan-to-watch list, but I doubt that I will be watching it any time soon.

In reply to your question in my blog entry "Clannad rankings"...

The anime focused on Nagisa's route in the VN, and fitted aspects of the other routes into it whenever possible. Because of this, the so-called "arcs" of some of the girls seemed very lacking.

I read the translations for the routes of all the characters in the Visual Novel, so that's why I rate characters like Mei and Yukine higher.

It can't be helped - the routes of the characters in the VN were supposed to all occur within the same time frame.

After Story is the continuation of Nagisa's route in the Visual Novel.

Note that the movie contains events that will potentially spoil Clannad - After Story. Unless you already have an idea on what will happen or don't really care for spoilers, then it might be a good idea to put off watching the movie until finishing After Story.

I see that you've finished watching Clannad. Now watch either "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" or "Bamboo Blade" - you won't regret it.

Is it safe to assume that you are watching Clannad (your profile picture at the moment of this comment is of Fuko)? I thought that your goal was to focus on shorter anime so as to make your plan-to-watch list easier to manage...

However, I think that it is better to focus on watching good anime as opposed to as many as possible.

Also, I've been looking at your plan-to-watch list, is there any reason that you haven't included Clannad: Another World, Tomoyo Chapter and Rozen Maiden: Ouvertüre? From what I can see, you seem to be quite receptive to OVAs and specials.

Yes, because it was random, but mostly because of the dubs strong effort to get the jokes localized
