Please note that this is a preliminary rating. At the time of writing this review, only 25 chapters have been released and <150 MAL members have added it to their list. As such, this review is reflective of the very beginning of the manhwa. I am taking the time to write this because I think this series has great potential and believe more people should be aware of it.

The synopsis so far is pretty comparable to most regressor manhwa. Essentially, the MC is reliving their past experiences and using this knowledge to quickly become OP. If you're looking for something more complex than that, ... then you will probably be disappointed. However, if you like this type of plot, I think this will be perfect for you.

The author does a great job of taking many of the good aspects of this genre and cohesively interweaving them into a story that progresses at a speed that is neither too slow nor fast. For example, mini-timeskips are utilized so that the story doesn't drag along. There is a balanced mix of action and world building, and the action scenes do not last for many chapters.

The art is another great aspect of this title. It's not like the art is a masterpiece, but the colors and style are well-drawn, which definitely add to the quality of the manhwa as a whole.

As for character development, it's really too soon to comment much. Some character background has been shown, so I'm hopeful that the characters are going to be fleshed out and developed, but time will tell. The goal of the MC is to build a team, so I assume there will be more relationship building as the story progresses.

In summary, if you are an enjoyer of the regressor action genre then I think this would be perfect for you to check out. I have high hopes for this title and believe it has the potential to be one of the top manhwa of its genre.

I would consider this manga unique even though it falls into many very annoyingly stereotypical manga situations (i.e. wimpy protagonist who wants to save everybody). These negative attributes degrade the manga's originality but the overall story is still extraordinary.

One draw back of the manga is its characters. They are bland base models of typical characters.

On the other hand, the art is above average. The pages definitely rise above the standards of its genre, in which the art is usually secondary.

The story is where this manga truly shines. Now there are parts which are boring because of the stereotypical plot advances, but I can ... over look many of them. This is mostly due to the awesomeness of the main character's superpower. There are a lot of manga out there in which the protagonist has an amazing hidden superpower, but none of them (albeit Blue Exorcist) can compare to this. The main character's control of time creates many interesting events in the story. The other characters' powers are normal and not surprising in the least. The romance sucked in this manga. To be honest the main girl was freakin' hot. "Close but no cigars."

The romance between the protagonist and the girl was extremely superficial and I couldn't wait for it to be over. The girl was a total yandere. -.- That's as far as I will comment on.

Towards the end of the story there were many twists and turns to the plot that fell shot of my expectations. (i.e. Surprise! The good guy is actually evil; seen that.) Even worse is when the protagonist sacrifices himself to save the world. It was practically the same as the ending of Superior Cross. RANT TIME: Alright I can role with that, however the last chapter ruined it. It is a kind of epilogue in which the lives of all the characters were shown after they were altered. In the end the protagonist appears and everyone becomes all happy skipping down the street like in some fairy-tale. The characters' lives were altered extremely seeing as how they were reset by ten years and their conditions of living where entirely different. Therefor they should not be the same person. END OF RANT.

This manga was definitely different than the average manga. I would recommend it to people as an interesting read but would tell them not to have high expectations. They might like it but it won't be a favorite. 6/10.

17-Sai. is a manga which is based off the real life gang-rape murder of Junko Furuta from the 1980's in Japan. It is about a girl who gets kidnapped walking home from school and is held against her will as a sex slave by a group of delinquents. Of course this is a very dramatic mature subject that many readers will not be able to take. There are very graphic scenes that show the girl being raped; I'm saying all this as a warning.

Even though the content of this manga is a horribly disgusting event, the manga itself feels like a tribute to the ... real life girl. We see many different points of views around the crime and how the events took place. I believe the story is amazing even though it makes me sick. It is very dramatic and compelling which will keep you reading. The art style makes the manga seem more realistic. This allows for stronger emotions from the reader. Even though the characters are horrible beings, there is still a lot of character development and the understanding of the characters comes natural. I very much enjoyed reading this manga. It helped open my eyes to this kind of subject which made me realize how lucky I am. I feel that even though this is a very tragic and depressing manga, it can still shine bright as a tribute to Junko Furuta.

I believe the downfall of this manhwa was its poor characters, repeated plot structure, and an extremely drawn out story which quickly became boring.

The beginning of the series was actually really cultivating. Although there are many stories of forced marriage between royalty, I quickly warmed up to this one. I saw huge potential and since there were many chapters I was expecting a great plot with a lot of character development. But I was wrong. Around halfway through the story I noticed that I became very agitated and annoyed while reading this. I couldn't figure out why. I continued on. Eventually I figured out ... that I began to hate every single character. All the characters were whiny little bitches who had no backbone. They ridiculously continued to make the same horribly stupid mistakes again and again. This would not be a problem if it was one or two characters, but it was the whole cast. I have to give props to Hyo-rin for becoming my most hated character that I've ever seen. Even with these horrible characters the series still had a chance to succeed. If there had been only 50 chapters the manhwa could have been great. Instead the plot dragged on repeating the same plot ideas over and over again to the point of me not even wanting to read anymore. As the story dragged on I began to hate the series more and more until I got to the conclusion, which I thought was horrible.

This manhwa was a huge disappointment and I honestly wish I had never wasted my time reading it. I would definitely not recommend it to any type of reader.
