Sorry, but no. The character development in Ninja Scroll was terrible.

Hi. Nice to see somebody else besides me enjoys Burn Up. That series is so underrated like crazy. I didn't like Scramble but the old stuff rules (W and Excess are the best).

If you want to check out another good police anime (and overlooked, I might add) there's You're Under Arrest. It's a little different but it's still entertaining and comic.
