My profile? Well, it's not really a picture.
Well, you need a photo editing program like Photoshop, which is the one I use.
Mmkay. First, you need to design the background and stuff.
Find some pictures and put them together into one large design.
Then, add some text to the design background about yourself if you want to.
After, it's time to add the thumbnails. By thumbnails, I mean the square pictures that's under "Favorite Animes" and stuff that has a link to it.
You find pictures online, shrink them or cut them or whatever and put them on to the design background you made.
Add finishing touches and such.
Now, if you want to add links to the profile, then keep reading. If not, then just save the profile and upload it onto a photosharing site like Photoshop or something.

Mmkay, after you're done with the design and the thumbnails and everything, you have to slice it up. This is why you'll need a program like Photoshop.
What slicing does is it cuts the design or picture into different parts. So when you save it, it'll be in different parts.
Anyways, slice it up. MAKE SURE EACH THUMBNAIL IS IN ITS OWN SEPARATE SLICE.
After, save the final outcome.
Upload it someone (like Photobucket.com)
Finally, order the slices correctly by putting them onto your MAL profile.
And if you want to add links to the profile, find the correct page on MAL.
Then do this:
