How do I rate my anime ?

Well most people ask me this question so I'm giving this answer in my intro .Let me get this straight , I give my ratings based on pure enjoyment. I usually give my initial rating very early after watching the first few episodes. As I proceed further , I change my rating if necessary. Once I've completed the series, I take a last look at my current rating to make sure it reflects my overall opinion of the anime, and change it if I need to.

My final rating and my early rating are usually the same, or extremely close (1 point higher or lower). It's pretty rare that my early rating and my final rating are really far apart. It will only drop if anime has changed drastically throughout the series .

Ok, so for your taste I recommend you: Cowboy Bebop, ef (a Tale of Memories), Gin no Saji, Hajime no Ippo, Hanasaku Iroha, Kuragehime, Lovely Complex, Nagi no Asukara, NATSUME YUUJINCHOU, Nodame Cantabile, Sakamichi no Apollon, Usagi Drop and Tatami Galaxy. I think this series will be great for you.
If you want something more action-fantasy-supernatural: maybe Durarara!!, Fate/stay night (UBW), Fate/Zero, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. It's a chance that you will like them also.

Oh okay. On my profile score is just like myanimelist said - 7 is good (some good stuff here, but something is weak like music or maybe animation, some characters are not that great). Average is 5. Below 5 I don't recommend. Some series with score 5 or 6 on my profile can be good for others, just not my taste. Later I will show u some awesome anime which u don't know (or maybe u know everything from my list, idk haha)

Sorry to answer so late! I find it great to judge anime for viewing enjoyment! I also mostly pay attention to it, it gives lower marks when I see schema that annoy me or something else... I'd love to watch the anime you rated highly, thank you!
I recommend all the anime from my favorites, but looking at your taste I think you might like the Nana anime. It is very realistic, the characters are unique and it's hard to stop watching. If you don't know this anime yet, I recommend you check it out!

Ahh very good u watch barakamon. I could've told to watch handa-kun also but I think u watched it and if not I don't think it'll useful now seeing handa's high school life . Let's see ahhh u can say a little like a very little similar to kono to tomare . Only thing most similar is how well they made a good group . And romance is complicated in different ways both on those anime .
About recommendations I think u haven't watched an underrated Chinese anime.
It's called kings avatar. It's a gaming type not that isekai + game stuff btw . It's a life of a Chinese gamer . Won't spoil you but it's really good . if u watch that one then watch both 2 season of this series and a movie
