Well to speak plainly this anime will leave you confused. Even though the art is magnificent and full of color the plot not so much.
While watching it I found most of the characters annoying to the point that I couldn't stand hearing them speak.
The plot while not fantasy in the classic meaning is so unrealistic that I was actually surprised.
The story tries to make itself seem different, mature and grown up by simply throwing complex meanings and ideas from characters who if this was a different anime would be spending their days studying, playing and not knowing any of this stuff.

I can't actually believe that people are giving this anime such high score. I mean seriously!!
The art is awful, especially since there where way better art styles than this in the 2000s. The animation is butchered and some time there are huge mistakes in how the characters move. The story is a big empty nothing full of plot holes and we see character development in only one character, Sheila. Also if there is comedy in there I can't find it!! The sound I suppose is not that bad but it doesn't save anything. Over all to anybody coming to this anime to see an ...

Well everyone seems to hate this anime but all in all it's not that bad.
It has a good protagonist that is not overpowered but actually puts effort in accomplishing things , good enough art work and it is not based on a game fantasy world like Sword Art Online, Overlord and frankly about a million others!! I don't have anything against those, in truth I find them quite enjoyable but it is good to have something different once in a while. So to tell the truth I do not understand what everybody has against this anime. The ending feels very rushed though. |
