If you just want to laugh, smile, and not think too deeply for a while, then this is an anime for you.
Nothing about Konosuba is amazing.
Yet despite this, it's probably my most watched anime. It always brings a smile to my face.
People criticising this anime for it's lack of plot development or character development are missing the obvious: It's not meant to be a serious anime. It's a fun gag-based anime that just wants to make you smile, so don't expect too much from it.
Story: N/A
It's a slapstick/gag anime. It's not gonna have a good story or plot. And that's ok. Think of it
...
as a slice of life isekai anime. Technically Kazuma is on a mission to defeat the demon-king, but that's not important. The story/plot only serves as a background for the jokes and fun.
Characters: 7/10
Kazuma is a breath of fresh air. A true advocate of gender equality. Unlike all the overpowered self-inserts in other anime, Kazuma feels the most human. An awkward Otaku who dreams of being a hero, only to constantly get his ass kicked because he's incredibly weak. He doesn't always do the right thing, he's not painfully righteous, he's not trying to bone his party members, he doesn't always "win", and he's a bit of an asshole, but overall is a good person. His "straight-man" routine perfectly complements the insanity of his team mates.
The other three main characters have unique personalities and DO stand out compared to female leads from other shows, but overall they're quite one dimensional. The useless selfish free-loader priest. The masochist horny tank. The insecure exploding loli. They just repeat the same jokes and gags over and over again. No one really grows or develops, but that's to be expected, as it's a gag anime.
Art: 7/10
The art quality varies wildly. One minute Magumin is casting EXPLOSION, and it's beautifully animated with vivid colours. The next minute backgrounds/faces/etc are crude and generic.
Audio: 8/10
Voice acting is great. I think this is one of the best voice acted animes Ive ever seen. Soundtracks and sound effects are good, but not great.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I love this anime. It chases my blues away. The comedy is great and it's just light-hearted and fun. Yes, some jokes are overdone but overall it's a show that will make you smile and laugh.
Overall: 8/10

Bad. Just bad. It's like an Incel's fanfic.
Story: 3/10
A generic isekai anime with OP main character, predictable story that is full of tropes.
The main character goes from fighting level 1 slimes to fighting a level 50 unique monster in a week, with no problems or struggles.
There's never really any conflict, because the MC just clicks his fingers and any problem is solved with minimal effort.
But without conflict there's no excitement.
Art: 3/10
What really makes it awful is the CGI. It looks like a cutscene from a PS2 game from 20 years ago.
...
Dear God, studios need to stop using CGI. It never looks good.
Characters: 3/10
The characters are completely one dimensional and are just tropes. OP MC as discussed above. The female lead is a blond elf slave who is in love with the MC, oh and she's OP too. The secondary love interest is the demon king's daughter, who obviously is also OP and in love with the MC. Then you've got the "oji-san" servant who's OP. And the pet slime who is also OP. Noticing a trend yet? The world even has other heroes, who the MC and his team out-leveled and became stronger than after one month.
Enjoyment: 4/10
There's a serious drought of good anime right now, so maybe it's causing me to score this anime higher than I should.
Objectively I know it's bad, but I've nothing else to watch so I'll probably stick with it.

Very Mild Spoilers:
...
This anime had a lot of potential.
However, towards the end of the series it throws in the towel and gives up.
Another perfectly good anime ruined by a bad ending.
Also, a bunch of 30 year olds hitting on a 17 year old is super creepy.
It's even creepier when they start painting a romance between the 29 year old and the ten year old.
"But Kakita, he's stuck in a 10 year olds body, so it's perfectly fine, and...... hey wait, who are you calling?
"Hello Police? Yes, I'm with the pervert right now. Please arrest them asap"

While there is no denying that Hataraku Saibou is unique and innovative, people seem to believe this, by itself, makes it a great anime. It does not.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this anime, and thought it would be a great idea to teach kids about biology, but the anime itself is lackluster.
Story: 4/10
A slice of life anime that follows the daily activities of a red and white blood cell. We get to see in detail how the body reacts to different problems and learn more about how the body works. HS gets points for accurate biology and for a novel idea, but unlike your
...
typical SOL anime, It's impossible to relate to the characters, because A) They're blood cells. And B) They're tropes, exaggerated with the intent to amuse kids. Also, since episodes are designed to be stand alone, it defeats the purpose of a SOL anime.
In addition to this, because the story is sub-par and to make sure they appeal to kids, they also made it a shounen battle anime. Where nobody important ever dies, the good guys always win, and it's the weak character we were just introduced to who doubts themselves only to be the hero and defeat the bad guy at the end. But it's also a Shounen battle anime, where we don't really care about any of the characters, and villains are introduced and defeated in single episodes which is very tedious.
Art: 6/10
Nothing mind blowing or innovative, but it's still good quality, and pleasing to look at. Excpet the fight scenes. Boy are they lacking in excitement.
Sound: 6/10
Meh. Nothing bad. Just nothing memorable, or catchy.
Characters: 4/10
Oh boy. I mean, I know they're cells. One of trillions of virtually identical cells, but that's still not a good reason to make them all the same. You could literally swap out the main characters in HS, for another of the same cell, and the series would be exactly the same. All characters are tropes, and no attempt is made at development, aside from hints at some kind of attraction between Red and White.
Enjoyment: 5/10
I really enjoyed the first 2-3 episodes. It was very educational, and biologically correct, which I really enjoyed, but then I realized that a novel idea and biological accuracy were the only things this show had going for it. I think the entire anime maybe got a handful of chuckles out of me, which as a gag anime, is quite pathetic. It became a chore to watch the following episodes, hoping against hope that maybe the show might develop into something good. (It doesn't).
Overall: 5/10
The gimmick of following the Cells in your body is interesting, but not enough to put up with such a boring story, bad writing, and 2D generic trope characters who you don't care about. If anyone remembers the show Ozzy and Drix, it was a similar idea, but one much better executed (albeit with worse art).
If I ever have kids, I might watch it again for educational reasons, but aside from that, I never want to see this show again.

Norigami has so little substance you may as well be watching the wind.
(Caution: Spoilers)
Overall: 5/10
I hate dropping an anime. I can count on one hand how many anime I have dropped. I usually grit my teeth and bear it until the end. But I just couldn't do it for Norigami. Maybe the last 2 episode completely change and redeem everything about the show, but I really doubt it. It had a lot of potential that was wasted, and in the end, Bad story + Bad characters = Bad Anime. There are so many better anime out there with similar genres. Don't waste your time
...
with this one.
Story: 5/10
Norigami has a very cool interesting world, with lots of potential. Which is why it sucks that the story is so mediocre.- an old god that wants to be famous befriends a girl that wants to be human again. We get glimpses into Yato's past, but the slow pacing of the show ruins any suspense or drama. There are other things going on, but none of them are developed enough.
Characters: 4/10
The characters are incredibly mediocre. The background characters aren't developed enough with the exception of one or two.
Yato is the only main character of interest, and although we get some insight into Yato's backstory, overall he's just not enough to redeem the other characters.
Hiyori Iki loses all relevance after 3 episodes, and her only job becomes to scream and cry, and act as cheerleader/babysitter for Yato and Yuki.
Yuki is just awful. Maybe you were tempted to sympathize with Yuki initially, (because being dead and having no family sucks) but he just keeps being an asshole, and even after his 'redemption', he's still just a whiny asshole with no redeeming qualities. Every time I saw him on screen, I wanted to just skip past the scene, because I found him so unlikable.
Art/Sound: 7/10
Both the art and sound are average, with nothing special.
Enjoyment: 4/10
Bad story + Bad characters = Bad Anime.
I really wanted to like Norigami, because I really liked the world, but I couldn't.

Bad Plot, Amazing Everything Else.
Enjoyment/Overall: 8.5/10
I love this show. It's a fun, hilarious, anime that you throw on to relax. Before you watch this, you need to accept that the plot is bad, random things happen regularly and there is excessive fan service. If you still want to watch it, knowing this, you'll probably enjoy it. Even going back and watching it again years later, I still laugh, and love the characters.
Story: 6/10 You don't watch Air Gear for the plot.
The plot sounds so stupid I almost skipped it, but i'm glad I didn't.
The main character Ikki wants to be the best AT
...
rider, and sets up a team. It's generic fighting Shounen anime... On Roller Blades....
Art: 8/10
Smooth, colorful animation to enhance the great fight scenes, beautiful characters, awesome visuals.
Sound: 9/10
Great soundtrack that gets your blood pumping, and will leave you smiling.
Really cool mix of Hip-Hop, J-pop and Rock.
Characters: 9/10
This is the shows main selling point. A lot of the characters are clichés, but they're done so well and they all receive enough screen time to really make them interesting and make you enjoy them. Even the small time bad guys get some development.

This review may contain spoilers.
Watch this anime if you liked Code Geass.... Wait no, lets try that again.
Watch this anime if you liked Code Geass but don't want interesting Character Development or a good plot.
This anime is so unsure of what it wants to be, its painful.
Lets throw every trope we can find at the wall and see what sticks!
School Life, Supernatural, Mechs, Vampires, Aliens, Human Experimentation, Super America vs Space Nazis, it even throws in a random bit of Rape. WTF SUNRISE!?!?!?
...
*Contains Spoilers*
STORY: 3
The show takes the traditional humans in space idea and runs with it. While running it trips over its own feet and stabs itself with the safety scissors it was carrying. Instead of writing a plot, I think Sunrise just spun one of those wheels with the arrow at the top, and whatever the arrow landed on, thats what the episode was gonna be about. The show is horribly disjointed and unfocused. It had some interesting ideas and some very stupid ideas. Sadly the interesting ideas were executed terribly, and the stupid ideas remained stupid.
ART: 7
I actually really liked the Art. Lots of attention given to character appearances and small details.
SOUND 7:
Soundtrack was good, not great. After the first episode I think I skipped the intro and outro music.
CHARACTERS: 3
Haruto-Typical weak male protagonist that is supposed to develop into a strong character, and he tries Gods love him he tries, but he always is just shit, except for like 5 mins in season 2 that is so incredibly forced and cheesey its painful to watch. Oh, and lets not forget about the fact he's a rapist-consensual or not it was rape- and the fact that he never really addresses aside from asking the rapee to marry him.
L11 -Mr. Im NOT NOT LeLouch.
Shoko -Typical weak female protagonist love interest that follows the main character around like a puppy. That believes in friendship, sunshine, rainbows, and the power of singing Christmas songs to stop people fighting [seriously]. She receives some character development in season 2 but not enough to ever make you like her.
Saki -The other love interest, that is slightly more interesting, if only because she's a Bi-Polar Nut Job. Gets raped, just kinda rolls with it cuz she likes the guy [still can't believe Sunrise pulled that shit with no warning]
Cain- Resident Baddie, we don't really learn much about him till season 2, and then its a case of ''I DID IT FOR PEACE'' with like the weakest justifications for his claim to peace.
ENJOYMENT: 4
I don't know why or how, but some small masochistic part of me still enjoyed this anime. The fight scenes get pretty cliché and repetitive, forcing me to skip a hell of a lot of them but they're still fun. L-Elf is interesting and fun until its obvious that he will never be anything other than a LeLouch wannabe.
Overall: 3
This anime is NOT good. But sometimes you just want something braindead with shiney lights to distract you for a while.

*Spoilers Within*
Story: 2
They introduce several plotlines and points of intrigue over the course of the show. One Plot about the evil Chinese stealing tech from the glorious motherland of Japan. Another Plot about Tatsuya's family and his desire to become family head? Another plot about the 10 most powerful magician families and their power struggles. The thing is they never develop or explain any of them.
Art: 6
The art is the only good thing about the show, though it is nothing amazing.
Sound: 6
...
I really liked the OST and the voice acting was solid. Still nothing amazing.
Characters: 3
The main character is the boring lovechild of Batman, the Flash and Super Jesus. He is a completely perfect super ninja genius with lightning fast reflexes that occasionally revives the dead. As a perfect demi-god, he naturally receives no character development because he can't get better and has no emotions, so he can't get worse. We get introduced to a wide range of other characters, but none of them see any development.
Enjoyment: 5
Having watched every other good anime weeks ago, i am feeling withdrawal symptoms, so I enjoyed this more than I should have.
Overall: 4
Probably only a 2 but even though it was pretty bad, I enjoyed it ever so slightly.
