Great Mahouka review. Don't mind rabid fanboys.

Except for that "How can I start" (what is the problem exactly, btw lol), I can't see any other thing to be complained, so your argument is quite invalid (I was coherent, and you don't, that's the difference).

And wow, I changed a "c" for a "t", is not like I wrote something like "You is". I can speak fairly well 5 other languages, is just normal to make some grammatical errors while writing something that is not really important.

Mahouka is a novel series about hard sci-fi distopia. Fi stands for fiction, is not unnaceptable at all. Mahouka is very consistent with irs own rules, that coherence is what made hard sci-fi series what they are. It has an explanation, you know that, and still deny it because is not something you can accept, even being fictional (and that's your problem).

Otherwise, you could go and bash some other series like Steins;gate, MLA, Star Wars, Star Trek, Gundam, or whatever series in this genre you feel like.

The details are in fact necessary, those are what makes the world building equilibrated and well constructed (as I said above). Without those, I would call Mahouka inconsistent and poorly written, since there is A LOT of plot points that depends solely in those basic concepts.

The solution was obvious for everyone (is not like Tatsuya discovered anything by himself about it), the problem was the process behind it (and they repeated so many times in the novel why it was so difficult and nearly impossible to do it with modern magic).

You should read this (I think you didn't understand how complicated was the process with modern magic):

If you are bashing something in a review, you are already demonstrating to be one (especially when using technical terms). In the moment you wrote yours, you should knew this xD

I don't know what you disliked about the light novel, but that review of yours is pretty anime-only centered (in the interest of accuracy, as you said above). Or this, or you just did not payed attention at all to the books.

"Despite the tenuous connection between events actually happening, there's endless erudition on things that don't matter in the least. A lot of this explains the magic system, which is plain embarrassing. When two magicians duel, their spells activate so slowly that a well-trained sprinter can run across the room and attack his opponent from behind while he's still fucking around with his "fast-activation" spell! Of course, professional warriors will raise their barriers and support spells before approaching. These spells are strong enough to deflect assault rifle bullets, but magic terrorists are still subdued by high schoolers with swords. The strongest magicians were supposed to be walking nukes, but if you're fighting a 'pro soldier' you've got half a chance of winning with just a ripped body and a 800Y pipe."

^This for example shows that you are not a big fan of infodumps.
While in the anime, this sounds pretty much like it, in the light novel, the entire concept of magic in that universe is meticulously explained right in the beggining, and I can prove that and point out that this entire text wall is bullshit, as well I can affirm (imo) that you did not read them at all (or if you did, you just skiped the parts that where not interesting enough to you.

"The magic problem's worst problem is its complexity. For all the explanation, its effects are ordinary: the characters shoot light beams, project shields, and float around - once Tatsuya has made the genius innovation of having one process in his magic computer manage the others. He's the FIRST PERSON IN THE WORLD to think of it - everyone else is retarded, even offscreen. Since the practical effects of magic are so basic, there was no sense in coming up with so much bullshit to explain them! It serves no narrative purpose, so just shout some nonsense words like in all the other shows!"

Same as above, and especially about Tatsuya (he basically dedicated 2 or 3 pages to an inner monologue about how everyone is conscious about the possibilities of tunning magical itens (he is not THE FIRST PERSON IN THE WORLD to do anything), Tatsuya just did it in a different way, using his own abilities to read the codes, which made the already created magical tunners into more stable itens... and that was it).

You don't even know about what are you talking about. And by the way, there's just too much content to be adapted, they basically rushed through a lot of explanation in the anime, and cutted a bunch the most important part in the novels (Tatsuya's inner monologues). In other words, even like this, the anime was boring, slow paced and bad explained, is just impossible to adapt a novel like Mahouka without 45 min per episode.

The same problem with Umineko (DEEEEEEEEEEEN!!) and Muv Luv Alternative (that never got the chance to be animated because of this very obvious reason). The infodumps are too much to be handled, even to Madhouse.

You should consider to read the novels again, with more attention.
For those two points above, I think you can just read the first volume to figure it out why I said your text is nonsensical and weak with its arguments.

If you want, I can even reply you just the important parts, if you can't find them by yourself again.

Fake troll account or...? (probably)

Anyway, you should read the LNs before talking pretencious shit like that, dude lol

But overall, the anime is just fucking bad as an adaptation, I can't even believe that was made by Mad House.

Quote: Why did they buy it?

I have thinking that for a year lol.

Maybe it's because of his amateurish charm.
