This season of Seven Deadly Sins was really a rollercoaster ride. The first half made me want to drop it but by the end I eneded up loving it almost as much as the first season.
Story: Just like the previous season, its all over the place. The power rankings are just whatever is convenient for the show at the time. Nothing really means anything. Its even more messy than last time. Its supposed to be like this as this show isn't meant to be taken seriously and its a lot of fun. Just be prepared to scratch your head at least twice every episode.

Saiki is an anime about a boy who has psychic powers but despite this awesome gift he is very pessimistic
Story: The story isn't really anything special but this anime doesn't particularly need anything grand as its very episodic and cut up in 5-minute segments. Art: Pretty awful to be honest. Characters aren't ugly but the animation is so lazy. Story: I really loved the narrative. Very awesome and original. We all grew up watching magical girl shows like Tokyo Mew Mew, Pretty Cure and Sailor Moon etc, but to flip that and ask if this was real, what would these girls REALLY go through... Trauma, death, severe mental health issues, it was all fascinating.

This anime was recommended by almost everyone and is acclaimed to be one of the "best" shounens. However I all I can say to that is I think people may be blinded by nostalgia and people's tendencies to worship the writer (although is amazingly talented, I don't think Yu Yu Hakusho stands anywhere near the quality that Hunter x Hunter was.)
Story: At first the story was interesting, narrative-wise but as its progressing it's becoming very sluggish with the constant battles that mean little to nothing with lacklustre villains. Diabolik Lovers is a reverse harem of a church girl who is sent to live with 6 sadistic vampires, of which she's thrown around and sexually, physically and mentally abused.
Story: There is no story. Its literally just watching a girl be terribly treated by these 6 men every episode, with no climax or any type of purpose or meaning to it. Art: The character designs are nice. The colour palette complements the dark mysterious tone to the anime but the animation itself is nothing to gaze upon. It's just ok. Kill La Kill is an anime about the tearing down fascism with fashion (a play on words) i.e. using blood-sucking clothing and scissors to bring down a hierarchy. It's a crazy, epic yet fun short story that you have to watch

Death Note follows the story of a boy who finds a book with the powers to kill anybody he chooses. The anime becomes a hunt to see who can outsmart who is this thriller detective story.
Story: The story was very well executed, it felt real and was very captivating from the get-go. Art: Was very stylistic in the sense of lots of sharp edges and muddy colours, made the show very dark and sinister. I especially loved the colours of blue and red to symbolise the different sides. Seven Deadly Sins is a story about the princess of the land, searching for the notorious outlaws to help put an end to an oppressive rule. It's a funny, epic, goofy story.
Story: The story is very interesting in itself, with lots how they will take the land back, although at times it feels inconsistent different quirks that are sometimes just dropped out of nowhere. Its nothing to take seriously, and is overall enjoyable, but nothing to scream about. Art: The art is bubbly and colourful, which goes hand in hand with the show's tone. Boku No Hero Academia is a very charming and lovable story about a boy, who dreams of being a superhero, despite being born without powers becoming the next symbol of peace. Its a charming hilarious story with attachable characters.
Story: The story takes place in a school and we follow the students as they face different dilemmas in their world or just fun shenanigans at school. However, I feel the story arcs move quickly from one thing to the next. I wish it took more time and care to really flesh out what was happening at times more.
