The story was pretty good, and the ending of each arch was satisfying. However, each arch was... not. The series is essentially the same thing three times.

Art fits well with the story, although maybe not as well as a less stylized version might have done. It was good, but not great.

Characters stayed in character, were usually interesting enough to keep me reading, but they weren't really all that special.

Despite it's flaws BioMeat was very enjoyable. I've read it and reread it a few times over the past year or so, and I haven't gotten tired of it. It's a good series to read ...

About Death (Manga) add
The stories in Regarding Death are often tragic, beautiful, and generally a little heart-wrenching. They are well written and fit well together, and although the ending was a little sudden, it was very well done and very satisfying.

The art was visually appealing and interesting, but also simplistic enough to maintain a slightly surreal feeling. It was an excellent style and lent much to the story. Hipster God is perhaps the best God, haha.

The story is well paced and interesting; however, it fell into the same "character thinks he's great, fights someone better than him, gets better, repeat" cycle as so many manga. Air Gear's saving grace are the characters, technology, and comedy that keep it from getting boring.

Art was rather stylized, but it was still realistic enough to help bridge both serious and silly portions of the story. Oddly enough, the gratuitous fan service only helped. It kept the story from seeming too serious, which would have gotten boring very quickly considering the... repetitiveness of most archs.
