Bakemonogatari and it's sequel Nisemonogatari are very good anime in my opinion. They're not extremely ecchi, but they have a good story and great characters. You can also try the Ikkitousen series, they're quite ecchi and I suggest you try to find uncensored versions. If I remember correctly Ikkitousen Dragon Destiny was heavily censored. And although it isn't really ecchi, you should give Elfen Lied a try. It's one of my favorites :)
Since I don't really know what kind of anime you like, I'll just name a few; Freezing, Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai, Kiss x Sis, Seikon no Qwaser (haven't seen this one, but it's extremely ecchi)
I see you've watched Highschool of the Dead already so that's a good start ;)
Well, I've seen some ecchi shows and I really liked some of them. Though I prefer shows with a good story and good characters over those based solely on ecchi. How about you??
