Both female protagonists are strong-willed (well, not really in some cases), who are able to move on to another love (in Cappuccino however, it is unknown whether or not she gets a second love). Males are also similar as both mangas have lying, cheating male(s). Both mangas are made by the same mangaka. If you like heart-break, love, and drama, then these mangas are perfect for you.

In both mangas, a girl falls for a womanizer. The womanizer (or "playboy"), however, finds a special someone who they (seemingly) are in love with before the heroine can make a move. This further complicates when another guy who loves the heroine and says that he would take away the feelings of the heroine comes along. Both mangas are full of drama (more like melodrama) and are highly recommended for those who like the "shoujo" genre and high school love.

Both males in both mangas are strong, and more powerful then others. If you like romance, supernatural titles, and enjoy shoujo titles then these two mangas would be perfect for you (however, Black Bird is a bit smutty)

An average ordinary person meets a robot, who is clueless (but later learns) and starts falling for him (her in Chobits). Both robots are "special", they're one of a kind robots that have been made after extensive research. Both robots also believe that they were made for a specific reason/to find the one for them. If you like robots and love between robots and humans, these mangas are right for you (but Chobits has a little ecchi in it).

Both are oneshots, and if you like tragic endings and greedy people, then these mangas are perfect for you.

In both mangas, the heroine plays the role of being the manager of the basketball team. They are caring nice, and above all, care for their team. It is hinted that the guy likes her back in Tsubasa to Hotaru, but in Namaikizakari he does like her back. Both basketball teams in both mangas ban love, so they are forced to meet secretly. If you've read one manga and enjoyed it, you might like the other.

If you've read one and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

If you've read one manga and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

Also, a group of girls surround the protagonist and also seem to have affectionate feelings for him. Characters are similar in both series. However, there are differences, as in Seiken Tsukai they train to defeat beings that threaten their existence, whereas in Seirei Tsukai, they train so they can become the best elementalers. If you've read one manga and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

Both mangas are based off light novels. There are differences, as in Magika you either train with magic or swords, as in Seiken, you utilize your ability to become something known as a 'saviour'. If you've read one and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

There are also many obstacles to their relationship, such as rivals, secrets being leaked out, etc. However, Hadashi de Bara wo Fume is of a historical setting, whereas in Miseinen dakedo Kodomo ja Nai, it takes place in modern Japan. Both reads are enjoyable, if you've read one and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

Female characters in both series are, ugly, and dress in an old-fashioned way, but when a male comes along, he encourages her to change her appearance as she was getting mistreated by others. Both females do end up changing their appearances, and start feeling more confident about themselves. However, Mairuvonich is much more long then Nageki no Marie is. If you have read one and enjoyed it, you may like the other.

There is a "little sister" in both series, who come to see him (part of harem in Rakudai, attacks him in Magika). If you've liked one series, you may enjoy the other.

His summoned being is more of the special type (Seirei, being defeated Demon Lord, Magika, it is Solomon). If you've liked one, you may enjoy the other.

In both mangas, a rich guy buys a poor woman to be his 'fake fiancee' after she goes into debt. Although they are not to fall in love with each other, they do, eventually. Many obstacles are in the way for them to be together, and together they do overcome these obstacles. Both males only bought the female to meet his father's expectations. However, Hadashi de Bara wo Fume is a short read, whereas Nobara no Hanayome is a much longer read. If you've liked one, you may like the other.

The oneshot 'Covered in Cinders' is similar to the oneshot 12-ji no Kane ga Naru as they both cover the idea of the fairy tale Cinderella, but different from how most people view it; a darker version. Both girls are servants, who, soon turn into a lovely girl with the help of something (dead mother in Covered in Cinders, witch in 12-ji no Kane ga Naru). (A) Person (People) faces retribution in the end for their greediness. If you enjoy dark tales and have already read one and wanted more, then these mangas may be enjoyable to you.
