Some how I STUMBLED upon your profile. I haven't watched all of Akira, a mere 15 minutes, but I have some action figures so don't get the wrong idea when I give it a 8

that's pretty cool that you can let your cat out and it returns to your house later...seems like you're treating it well...personally, i can't own dogs or cats (my mom is allergic) but i prefer dogs mainly cause they're more athletic...for example, you can take them for walks, jog with them, play frisbee with them, and they also have a lot of practical uses for some people like helping blind people walk or st. bernards that find people stranded in avalanches...i just admire that about them...

on the other hand, cats seem to make better indoor pets since they're quiet and not quite as "energetic" as some dogs are...i guess it just depends on what kind of person you are when it comes to deciding which pet would be better... :D

I dug into Wolf's Rain earlier today. I'm only on episode 8 so it hasn't been too amazing thus far, but I like it quite a bit - the characters so far are pretty awesome, and it reminds me a bit of Cowboy Bebop for some reason. Maybe because of Yoko Kanno?

The reason I like Corona is that it isn't that strong. I like the flavor (particularly with the typical lime wedge) and I find it very refreshing. I don't like to drink anything much stronger when it's that hot out, but I rarely ever drink Corona if it isn't miserably hot.

Stella is good stuff, but I usually opt for Hoegaarden or perhaps Blue Moon first.

I don't suppose I could call myself an alcohol connoisseur, but I definitely wouldn't be picking my booze based on the label. It's funny how much that influences people though... I have a friend who'd never buy a Toyota car or truck simply because she doesn't like their website.

Trading good liquor for vodka is insane, by the way. I like vodka (Grey Goose, anyway) but I'm not about to trade away anything expensive for some. Heh, some kids...

I'm pretty partial to Belgian beers, actually, but things like Duvel are way too expensive since you can only find it at one or two stores in town and about as many bars and restaurants. I usually end up going with Stella or Hoegaarden, though I do drink a lot of Corona when it's hot outside.
