Undead Girl Murder Farce is a great comedy mystery mix. Its core is solving various monster related mysteries, and it does that very well. The mysteries are intriguing, and presented in a way that the viewer can guess along and actually reach the right conclusion.
But its true strength are its characters and its humor. Especially the main cast is so weird and aloof that just watching them banter while traveling is truly entertaining. In contrary to the other reviews I'll make this one rather short and don't forget, it's my own opinion.
So why should you watch Kyoukai no Kanata? The story isn't something really knew or unique and probalby can be forseen many times. People even complain, that it doesn't know what it wants to be, because there are times we have a comedy show, we have deep psychological themes, we have a romance and we have a completly unrelated filler-episode (wich I simply loved!). But in my opinion that's KnK strong point. I truly laughed, I was excited, I sufferd with the characters, I thought about some serious themes, ...

To summarize Zankyou no Terror there is only one word: Awesome. One of the best animes I've ever seen.
Story: 10/10 The theme terrorism is really delicate and you have to treat it with great care. But Zankyou no Terror managed to do everything right. From the first moment I wanted to know everything, what's happening next and why it is happening. I really love stories who use intelligence and this story is using it perfectly. There were many things which came with great surprise to me. All in all I always wanted to see the next episode immediatley and were extremly impatient to know whats happening ... |
