tldr: read it if you are just looking for a smutty josei/shoujo manga with no real substance in terms of plot
story - 4, started off decent and went downhill
art - 8, falls into the “pretty” category
character - 4, some side characters are amusing but the lack of dimension really shows in the main characters
enjoyment - 4, poor plot and characters ruined my enjoyment despite the art
overall - 5, the art can’t cover the poor areas of the manga

story initially but lost interest as the same pattern kept repeating in the plot.
A “forced marriage” plot is not that original but the beginning of the story was set up pretty well. It started going downhill when the two main characters repeatedly REFUSED to talk about their issues face to face and just kept avoiding each other, keeping secrets and throwing tantrums. The female lead basically lost all of her initially strong-willed personality as the story progressed, reduced to just a lovesick woman that has a great figure and is great at housework. It didn’t help that she was intentionally protrayed as an idiot that can’t understand a single word in the economics newspaper.
I don’t know if the original meaning was lost in translation but the male lead often threaten to RAPE the female lead which really disturbed me too.
The potential “rivals” introduced never seemed like they stood a chance and sometimes felt like just filler material for the story. The reveal(s)/plot twist(s) were unsurprising and there wasn’t any sense of fulfilment gained from them. The ending was abrupt and felt like the mangaka just wanted to finish up the story.
The art style is pretty but the poor plot and characters really ruined my overall enjoyment of the manga. Majority of the chapters are littered with some smut too so if you’re into that it’s there. The setting (office workplace) and the ages of the characters (mid to late 20s) suggest that it would be a Josei manga but the actual characters themselves and the plot makes it lean a lot more towards a Shoujo manga.

TL;DR: Give it a go if you really enjoy melodramatic shoujos with the 2000s (?) art-style otherwise, don't.

I read this in one setting after midnight then decided to write this review so some of the things I say might turn out awkward. This manga initially caught my eye as it was tagged and described as a shoujo romance with horror elements in it. Within the first few chapters I was disappointed to find that the horror portion is barely there (they showed stuff like vampire teeth and blood splatters but

no actual gore) but that's not why I rated it so poorly.
STORY & ART
I've merged these two sections as I believe the art really affected the story.
The manga started off pretty decent, pretty much whatever events that are mentioned in the manga's summary. It's one of those shoujo manga where the heroine HATES her love interest to the core at the beginning, but slowly becomes attached to them. The story itself is a pretty cool concept that touches on the supernatural and later on, makes statements about fate. I actually really enjoyed manga's take on fate and this is also why I didn't give it a lower score. However, the execution of the concept itself is pretty weak.
Another review pointed out that the execution is part of what makes it so good but I disagree. I could not sympathise with the characters as they don't look like they care that much about their own predicament either. Because of the art style, there were many times where I could not tell WHEN an event occurred. Is this happening right now or is this a flashback that the character is having? I don't know, the characters look the same, the backgrounds look the same, and this wouldn't be such a huge problem if not for the fact that often there are jumps between the present and the past without any indication.
A lot of the characters share similar hairstyles/facial features and at times I had to double-check who is who in the panels. I thought it was just me being silly but I've seen others complaining about the same thing so it's not just me. There were times where I could not tell what a panel was showing and all I can make out are lines and areas in between with different shades of grey. I also just find that the 2000s shoujo manga art-style has NOT aged well and has become a bit of a pain to look at. To sum up, the art isn't downright hideous but certainly affected the storytelling.
CHARACTER
Let me just say that there is no proper character development at all and most of the characters are simply one-dimensional. It could even be argued that some of the characters, including some main characters, actually became more bland during the cllimax of the story and just became plot devices to move the story towards its conclusion. I guess the more melodramatic you become, the more personality you lose. Even though horrible things happen to the characters, I just can't seem to feel bad for them since they have shown themselves to be selfish assholes, plus I can't see the intensity of their feelings since they don't look like they care that much either.
ENJOYMENT
Despite all the complaints I have about this manga, I still enjoyed it to a certain extent since I just like to binge on shoujo manga in general. As mentioned, I also enjoyed the manga's take on the concept of fate. The complaints I had did negatively affect the amount of enjoyment I could get out of it though.
OVERALL
The manga had an interesting premise and started off strong but the quality of the story gradually deteriorated, due to factors such as a confusing art style and lack of character development. I would say give it a shot if you enjoy melodramatic shoujo mangas (esp those from the 2000s) or if you have nothing else to do and don't mind wasting some time (it's not that long) skimming through one.

WELCOME TO ANOTHER ONE OF MY BIASED REVIEWS. FILLED WITH SPOILERS.
Let's just say that this is going to be an angry one. Starting off with the ratings...
Story - 8

Summary of my thoughts on this manga...

Good point(s) - Sexy, REAL sexy scenes + Interesting plot
Bad point(s) - I feel that this is more of a personal thing, I just can't seem to sympathise with the characters. I feel empty. I don't feel any emotions(apart from natural hormonal reactions caused by the sexy scenes) throughout reading the manga. I'll go more into this later.
Story -
I don't have much to say about it, interesting plot twist, nice guys turning dark and evil over desires are always something that amuses me(except in Sasuke's case. But then I've hated him from the very beginning so that's a different story.)
The reason why I can't seem to feel for the characters is probably cause the amount of sexy scenes overpowers everything else so much that I can't seem to take the "everything else" seriously. Exaggerated example, 15pages is spent on the sexy scene while 2 pages are suppose to be the "emotional" part. What do you expect me to feel, man.
(SPOILER)Like when Mio found out that they were siblings, she started crying and whining and all and I'm like, "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA siblings..... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" cause by that point I'm already feeling pretty annoyed. Then Jinnai just made it worse, when he heard about it, he just started taking off his glasses and... Sexy scene starts. WHAT THE? Shouldn't this be an emotional moment??? Why???(SPOILER)
And I add that sexy scenes can start anytime, anywhere, anyhow, when the author feels like it, she'll put one in.
The one part I did really like about the story was when Hinata "paid back" what Jinnai did previously, using the authority he gained... Awesome
Art -
Delicious sexy scenes alert~~~ but apart from that, nothing special. That's all.
Character -
GOD. This is where it drove me half-mad. What use is having a great story if the characters fail to execute it and bring out the greatness in it? No use.
Okay then, let me ask you a few questions. What is so good about Mio? Apart from the fact that she has a godly figure of cause. 'Kay, she's a caring sister and well... Isn't it only normal that she acts that way? Sisters are suppose to be caring, all my female friends who have younger brothers are like that, they clean up after their younger brothers, tolerate their temper and stuff. It's natural. I don't have any personal experience since I only have a married older brother who's like 15 and a half years older than me.
(SPOILER)Moving on, what kind of CHILD takes off another CHILD's glasses and kisses the CHILD? Failed parenting? I'm talking logic here. If the parents I know sees their child doing such a thing, they would probably slap/spank them. Like seriously, it's improper, even teenagers doing that will get unpleasant stares from people, plus possible lectures/slaps from their parents.(SPOILER)
And bout Mio liking that Jinnai guy...

When I completed the manga, I went over what I've just read in my head and I'm like... What the? That guy just kept molesting her and she fell in love not long after that saying that "the part where he touched me felt hot" whatnot blah blah blah... Seriously. She doesn't like you for your money, brother, she likes you for your body.
(SPOILER)Don't start giving me what childhood crap, she fell in love even before remembering them, the childhood stuff was just an interesting plot point ruined by horrible characters.(SPOILER)
Reinforcing something I read from the mangafox forum: When was the last time Mio called him by his given name? I almost thought his name is "Jinnai" til I went to check. SHOEI, FREAKIN' SHOEI, IT'S A GREAT NAME, JUST CALL HIM BY THAT, DON'T "PRINCE! PRINCE! PRINCE!" ME!
Now for some extra perverted stuff. Her breasts. POOR PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE BIG BREASTS, POOR PEOPLE SUFFER FROM LACK OF NUTRITION AND THUS ARE USUALLY REALLY THIN, BREASTS ARE MADE UP OF *FATS* WHICH IS A KIND OF NUTRITION. MIO, UNLESS YOU ARE FREAKIN' *PREGNANT* WHICH YOU OBVIOUSLY AREN'T, YOU HAVE NO REASON TO HAVE SUCH BIG BREASTS.
Enjoyment -
It's smut, ecchi, or even HENTAI whatever you put it, which female creature won't enjoy smut? The part I enjoyed the most?
(SPOILER)When Jinnai mistook Hina for Mio and started making love to him idiotically. SUCKER!(SPOILER)
But even with the sexy scenes as distraction, I can't seem to get the unhappiness with the characters and story out of my head so I was obviously bothered and can't enjoy them much.

Starting off with the ratings:
Story - 7.5(but since there's no such rating, I'll be giving an 8)
Art - 8.5(once again, upped to a 9)
Character - 9
Enjoyment - 7(the reason for the sudden drop in rating may be due to a personal belief but yeah...)
Overall - 8
Honestly speaking, there isn't really anything particularly special about the storyline. It's just the usual type you see with a conflict going on.(Teru's PHONE being wanted due to her brother's history, not sure if "history" is the right word though, which in turn causes Teru herself to get into trouble and the wonderful male lead will come to her

rescue and... so on) The reason why I gave it a 7.5/8 is because of the heart-warming feeling that the way the events are being portrayed gives.
I find the art beautiful and I love the special way the author draw the "dark-aura-eyes" of the characters at certain time which add to the humour, a factor I absolutely can't live without. I find Teru's giant eyes pretty creepy though and since the art isn't exactly flawless either, which is why it got an 8.5/9.
The characters is where this manga shines brilliantly. Unlike the usual characters who only have a flat personality(pure evil, pure blindly kind-hearted, pure hard-working, pure trouble-making... all those), Dengeki Daisy's characters have various different "faces" depending on the situation they face. Eg. Teru has the determined-to-persevere personality when facing antagonists while having an innocent(or maybe even dumb) side in her daily life as a poor girl as well as having a witty personality when it comes to issues with Kurosaki.
It is such personality changes going along with the situation that makes the characters realistic to a point.
There is a reason why the "Enjoyment" part got downed so severely(compared to the other ratings) I really did enjoyed the manga at first. I was even okay with Kurosaki being a pervert. I mean, which NORMAL guy isn't a pervert? Right? I was okay with literally everything, even the age gap until... They began mentioning that Kurosaki is a lolicon. *SMALL SPOILER*---The point when Kurosaki steals Teru's panties just went overboard---*SMALL SPOILER END*
I'm sorry if this seems to be biased on my part but I seriously cannot stand lolicons/pedos. I couldn't seem to read the manga properly after that which is why enjoyment got downed.
Overrall, an 8, it's a great shojo romance manga, given that you can tolerate slight loli-ness.

Before I continue, I'll say that I'm generous when it comes to ratings...
Let me talk about the "genre" firstly. From what I've seen so far, it seems like a reverse-harem and reverse-ecchi(Does this exist? Let's just assume it does) which is pretty much an ecchi harem aimed at females. Though I personally enjoy it(Hello? Female here?), why else would I rate enjoyment an "8" anyway, there is a little sensible voice at the back of my head which is nagging at me about the areas this manga does not do so well in.

There are many other ways which a character can heal someone. Long-distance magic, chanting spells, waving magic charms and these are just some of the many. And out of the many, the author HAD to choose LICKING. For what's sake? For fan-service's sake.
The Female Protagonist(Misao) summarised in one sentence:
She. Is. Like. A. God.
Now, let's assume that you're a demon. Even better, let's assume you are a MALE demon. I will now introduce a brand new product to you. Aww, you feel exhausted... NOT TO WORRY, kissing/hugging this wonderful little god- I mean human girl will give you back your energy, like a healing fountain eh? WHY is that so? I do not know. Maybe because she is actually a GOD. That's not all of its functions! You wish to live for eternity? You can just swallow her into your stomach and WA-LA! )Once again, I do not know why.) Find that a pity? Then just get her to marry you, you and your family will have superb prosperity! I repeat! I do not know why! Plus, she has an incredible scent which makes you want to rape her.
And the entire plot is built upon her godly blessings. Different demons want to get her for himself and endless troubles come along blah blah...
Don't get me started on the main male's "true form" outfit. It's a total joke. It looks like a mix of "ninja"+"fallen angel"+"samurai" outfit from a low-budget movie. Yeah, I've checked, that's how a traditional "tengu" is suppose to look like but that doesn't change the fact that it looks funny. And can someone explain to me why is there a need for him to have long hair in his true form and not in his human form? Anyone? To let him seem normal? Then he must truly love his long hair very much for him to keep it that way in his true form. Maybe his hair magically grows when he transforms. He's also the one who has the healing-tongue. A full-time pervert.
I haven't seen any difference in the characters so far. They are just the typical stereotypes I suppose.
You can say that I'm biased if you want.
To sum it all up, it's readable but if you detest excessive fan-service and female protagonist with godly blessings, then I advice you not to.

Don't be deceived by the main picture for this anime shown. The art is definitely not as good as that. It isn't as epic as depicted.
The " When one of the Ancients tells them that they are the true invaders of Earth, they must search within themselves to grasp what truly is reality. " is actually the ending already.
(ending spiler but who cares, it's only a 19 minutes movie sort of thing)
It ended after the Ancient says that, the main guy is puzzled, the three girls use laser guns and kill the Ancient which exploded, two random guys discussing/explaining everything which actually doesn't
...
make sense at all.
The concept of the story is actually not bad BUT it lacks development. It's VERY VERY RUSHED+FORCED since it's only 19 minutes. It will be a much better anime if they actually made it into a tv series instead of just a single OVA. There could have been more flashbacks of the main guy when he was a kid, and maybe an explanation for why the suit is so dangerous and perhaps a few scenes of his dad constructing it. A few training scenes showing the ASST girls will work too.
One thing I'm really annoyed about. At the start they said that the ASST is made up of people skilled in hand-to-hand combat, firearms, information analysis and another thing which I can't remember and can't be bothered to check. But all I saw was three girls shooting lasers randomly like rookies. No hand-to-hand combat. No information analysis. They definitely didn't look skilled.
Another ridiculous scene is when the ancient "twisted" the main guy's wrist while he was in the "legendary suit". SERIOUSLY? TWISTED? IF I'M NOT WRONG ISN'T THE SUIT MADE OF METAL?!
I'm not saying that every single anime has to be a never-ending saga but at list it can be a few episodes??? Or at least last an hour if it's an OVA/Movie???

Okay, this is my first review. Some spoilers.
Like most people, I watched this because of the song by Miku. I myself didn't really understand what the story was about but after reading a short "explanation" in one of the comments, I understood. The parts from the "Black Rock Shooter World" happens after Yomi disappears. Simple as that(inculding the parts shown before she disappears)
Generally, it's a story about friendship.
SPOILER ALERT
The beginning all the way to the middle-end was pretty average and I wasn't really "into" it. But the part Mato starts to miss Yomi started to get interesting and the part Mato gets "sucked"
...
into the "Black Rock Shooter World" got me on the verge of tears and I eventually cried.
The story doesn't end before the credits, the ending of the story is shown after the credits, a "I'll be back" style.
The sound effect is pretty decent and the art is almost flawless but it's a little plain at times.
It reminds me of Shakugan no Shana sometimes.
